Avoid buying from this seller. They sold me a guitar that after 2 weeks became defective. However they refused my request to return & refund. Their customer service is disgusting they prefer to insult you rather than help. I have never experienced such bad customer service where a seller actually abuses their customers. I will be reporting them to Ebay. Please please do not buy from this seller

Ordered Lawn Weedkiller x 2 via Ebay - received wrong product 1 x std Weedkiller.
Poorly checked, loose cap product leaked out into transit envelope.
Contacted seller DivaGift on delivery date 18/06 as instructed by Ebay requesting correct item be sent.
No response.
Wasted my money
Not a company who can be trusted.

Diva courier is Hermes . Goods were delivered to wrong address.
Diva taking no more responsibility and send automated response that I should contact courier .
Very poor customer service . I am out of pocket .
I have also reported this seller to Amazon.

Ordered an item via their Amazon storefront. Wrong item was dispatched (A similar product to what was ordered but cheaper). I followed the Amazon return process, no refund after two weeks. I eventually got my money back by dealing with Amazon direct. They list themselves as Diva Packaging on Amazon, it's the same company.

AVOIDE this company shop from e bay never received it and just ignore you who wants to buy from someone who ignores the person who pays wages the coustomer

Ordered a aftercut garden product on Amazon got sent a bottle of bonsai tree feed no response from diva as I have tried to email nothing back terrible customer service

I ordered 5 bags of peat. Two were delivered. After a few days another was delivered and after another few days, another arrived. But I'd ordered and paid for 5 bags. I'm now having to resort to get a refund from PayPal. This is a shambles of a company. I only wish that I'd read the reviews on TrustPilot beforehand.

Bought through Amazon. Just wish I'd done some due diligence and checked these reviews first. Didn't deliver on the date it was meant to arrive and then said it would be a week later. Didn't arrive on that date either. Contacted company and got automated email saying they would be in touch in 48 hrs. No reply came then and they still aren't replying to my emails. Useless.

Order via Amazon was delivered very late with damaged packaging and missing items. Attempts to contact the company failed. Very poor service. Unable to obtain a refund.

Scammers, selling shoddy products.
A 1kg 'wildflower seed box' contains 990g of sand, etc and only 10g of seeds. The seeds are all clover, despite the pictures showing a variety of wild flowers.

Ordered main branded wardrobe dehumidifiers & they sent cheap inferior knock off product but at the premium price.

No notification re substituting or asking if they could do so.

Lodged a complaint to Amazon.

Do not use this company for anything, look at the reviews, wish I did before ordering. Scamming outfit.

Useless. Ordered through Amazon for next day delivery. No product after a week and no response from company. Avoid.

Sent completely different item than the one advertised - Amazon have refunded me as they can see the email trail I sent to the company- I would never buy anything from this company via Amazon

Diva Store ltd did not deliver what I ordered and have as yet only refunded 50% of the cost and are not responding to further requests. Very inefficient and unhelpful, don't touch them.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a Christmas tree,it came with the top part missing, mistakes happen but the customer service trying to get a refund for their fault has been nothing short of absurd. Can only communicate by email and take weeks to respond to each message! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a tin of gloss paint they said was due 5th may was to be shipped by amazon shipping I waited in tracked the order it said 2 mins away as the same time ups drove down the road never received the paint ups drove away I had a email saying it been delievered looked around the property no sin of it I was in all morning knocked on nieghbours door not be delievered they either couldn't get though to complain to ups delivers due to computer saying when I wanted something delivered I email divagift no responds tgst was in may this year never heard back from them and it November loss £7.99 unfortunately this as put me off ordered anything online but today a ups delivery man delievered something to my nieghbours so I don't think it the delivery company it divagift I wish now I read the reviews first

Ordered 2 items only received one which obviously messaged right away only to take a month for a reply! Then asked to time travel to gain the proof they needed to investigate in other words impossible tasks needed before they will even investigate thier own incompetence.
Pity this feedback system can't be connected to thier selling platforms so we can all be made aware of these thieves.

Do not buy from this bunch of clowns, they sell through AMAZON, get your money, never ship then cancel the order. Don't respond to contacts. Amazon really should ban this bunch of fraudsters

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. As other reviews say, it is a scam. They use Amazon to deliver who then cancelled the delivery. Impossible to contact them by phone. They don't reply to emails. They should be banned from selling.
