I left a previous review -a one star one- as money had been taken but I had had no confirmation. I have now managed to speak to someone and have been given a delivery date on next week for my bed!

Do not.... and I mean do not purchase a bed from this company.

We paid £500 for a 4ft 6 Crushed Velvet bed for our teenage daughter and it was a nightmare from start to finish.

The delivery took 40 days, the quality of the bed was cheap. The headboard struts didn't line up to the headboard holes.... the draws didn't close and the screws to fix the base together were over tightened and rounded off. The mattress was shocking for the amount we paid.

Once we contacted Divan-Beds by email and sent images, they argued that the bed should have been checked in full before the delivery driver left?? Hahaha..... during Covid-19 the driver was off and the 4x piece bed was covered in thick plastic. How on earth were we meant to check this so quickly???

They argued lots of points with us as if it was our fault and only said they would consider a refund once the goods were returned which as we all know will not happen.

Shame on Mr Kahn for treating his customers this way and for ripping off customers with very cheap beds!!!!!

Brilliant service, Delivered a day late but given he circumstances that's to be understood a few communication errors but I'm sure that is also down to the current situation. My sons new bed is lovely just what he wanted. Would definitely use again.

Perfect bed, exactly as shown in the pictures, comfy mattress too. Delivery driver was polite would order again :D

I cannot fault this company in any relevant department. Website is loaded with great ranges of frames and top end mattresses all at fantastic prices.

My partner and I order a new frame and it came in the stated delivery window.

From lifting it into the room I already knew the product was of high quality just from the sheer weight. It went together so easily. The way the piece connect through the bracket arms and bolts is another sign of the quality the company offer.

I has a slight issue with a broken sideboard support screw. Nothing major but due to the price of the product I felt I should email them about it.

Within 24 hours Tyler, part of the resolutions team was back in touch with me and from the get go he bent over backwards. The package he offered me was outstanding. He never questioned the damage issue with the frame once. He is proof of just how good this company are.

I'll not go anywhere else for future beds now. A great company and an even better customer experience

With hesitation due to not ordering before from this company I ordered a bed. To my suprise it came earlier than stated and was absolutely georgeous, solid piece and so easy to put together.
I had to email the company about another piece of furniture I wanted and I got a great fast response.
All my friends love it and are asking where I got it from.

Beware of the T/C! they ripped you off with worst quality of mattress.

There is No exchange, no replacement and refund even once you open to check the product.

I have bought Darius House Crushed Velvet Divan Bed with 2000 Pocket Orthopaedic Mattress. Thought price is reasonable but it turned out painful nightmare. The bed set can be considered but the mattress quality is worst. I really felt it scammed. The mattress has no label, it comes with cheaply packaging. You can not get any refund/replacement or exchange even once you opened to check if the mattress is exactly what been ordered. Delivery wasn’t straight forward. It turned out partly shipping. Called it splits delivery service. But they won’t tell you in advance.

Mattress quality is worst it would be better to sleep on carpet floor than on its. The spring are naked and painful every part of body. I have complained and request for send correct mattress as I thought it can’t be what I ordered and requested to replacement or exchange with different quality but it seems they know how ripped you off. There are T/C which I can not get money back or replacement/exchange or replacement. So please avoid this company for buying here. There many shops who provide you 100 days / at least year of money back or replied mattress if it does not suitable to you.

I ordered an ottoman bed which arrived on time. Has great storage space which fits all of my shoes and more. I also bought a chelsea mattress which has been a pleasure to sleep on, very comfortable! 5 stars ⭐️

I would first say it is impossible to contact this company by phone. Emails do receive a reply with 24 hours as advertised however if you have a problem the limited communication options add to the frustration. The delivery service also required significant improvement. There aren't any options to choose a delivery date in advance and notice is only given the day before. Very poor consumer choice and not god enough.

I ordered a white leather divan bed with a matreess. The quality of the bed was very poor. The leather was attached poorly to the frame and one drawer was falling apart. The other drawer was also poorly made although not damaged in transit. The answer from the company was this was a delivery issue. This was partly true that the bed had been damaged in transit however the quality was poor and would not last very long. The company answered by saying that I had ordered a bed from their budget range. My response was products should be made to a reasonable quality.

On a positive the company quickly agreed to a full refund when I requested it.

My experience has been poor and I would not buy again from this company.

Great communication by email and the bed I bought was great and the mattress Is so comfortable .

Delivery was delayed due to a problem with the carrier, however the bed was delivered on the next available date and the very polite driver carried it upstairs for me.
Easily assembled and seems excellent value.

The bed I ordered is just as described. Sturdy, good quality, easy to assemble from instructions provided, and comfortable. Excellent for the price. Despite the bed not arriving on the first delivery date, it came 2 days later. Although I couldn't speak to a company representative on the telephone, as the lines were not working, they replied promptly, courteously and professionally via email to all my questions and concerns. I can't fault this company for their excellent service, including the delivery driver. Would have given them 5 stars if the bed had been delivered on the first date. Would highly recommend.

My bed is totally LUSH!! So happy with it very sturdy and of good quality and craftsmanship! Was a little confused with delivery process but this customer service is second to none, they answered all my worries and questions immediately and put me a total ease, will definitely order from this company again and also will recommend to friends and family. Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered a bed two weeks before the date I wanted it delivered. Had all the details confirmed and then when it came to the day it was due to be delivered they said there were no more in stock. Divan beds. Co. UK had received my payment and I had been in correspondence to check the progress of my order. Two days before the delivery due date it was still expected to be delivered on time but I never received the delivery email. When I chased this up further or the expected delivery date I was told that the last bed may have been dispatched to me as there was a tracking number assigned (no data came up when I input this) but they did not know until they checked with the dispatch department. I had taken the day off work for the delivery and received a very bad experience. The only thing they do right is refund you when they say they will. Whoever is running this company seriously needs to think again about what they are doing as they obviously have no idea.

Ok so was very sceptical of this company as the beds were at very low prices and my scepticism heightened even more after i ordered my daughters bed because that's when i looked at the reviews (Yes i know i should have read before ordering!). After seeing so many negative write ups i thought my only saving grace was by paying on my Credit Card so if any problems then my bank can sort it.
Now the bed and mattress have been delivered i would like to say how good this company is!! I see so many negative reviews still on here about staying away from this company but i can honestly say they were efficient and service that they offered was very good. They phoned me 40 minutes away to keep me in the loop and my bed was put together within 15 minutes by us. Simple efficient and good service, what more do you want? So if you want a stunning looking bed at a stunning price, that gets delivered with service and efficiency then order from these guys. Would i order again? Would i recommend to friends and family?.........most definitely!! Divan beds you deserve your 5 stars!!!

I bought a divan bed with a 2000 pocket orthopaedic mattress. Given the very favourable price, I didn't expect much. It has been a mixed experience.

The divan base, headboard and drawers are okay. Not very sturdy and not perfectly made but do the job.

However, the mattress, which I specifically asked to be firm is horrible. It is not only very soft (the springs fully collapse under 80 kg) but also incredibly loud, the springs are cracking like a blacksmith's workshop, the thin layer of sponge has already worn out so I can feel the springs hammering my bones every move and I can already see waves in the mattress like if it was two years old at least. This one will definitely fall apart by Christmas.

I cannot recommend it to anyone, worth to invest more to get a proper one. Lesson learnt.

Just bought a crushed velvet double divan with orthopaedic mattress. Absolutely over the moon with it...it arrived really quickly though without the headboard due to stock issues... communication with the company wasn't an issue at all, they kept me updated and it soon arrived! Really comfortable mattress and I still can't get over what I paid for it..would be twice as much elsewhere!! 5 *

Excellent service, quick and efficient responses to my questions. Happy with my order and arrived earlier than expected. Good all round, will look to order again soon

How do you give ZERO stars? Shocking customer service and attitude.
Avoid this company unless you want a lot of hassles.

Received bed 2 weeks after order, after 2 cancelled and 1 failed delivery. When I emailed divan-beds about the failed delivery I was called a liar because the delivery services had told it was me that cancelled the delivery rather than them (which it wasn’t).
I think they could be a good business if they stopped using cheap vans and drivers to deliver their goods and set up their own delivery department so at least they know what is going on.
