Voor een klant heb ik de plugin Divi auto translate aangeschaft om de website in 3 talen beschikbaar te maken. Alleen werkt de plugin niet zoals beloofd. De stringvertaling en de blacklist werken niet of nauwelijks en ook de automatische vertalingen werken niet altijd even goed. Dit aangegeven bij Divi Jet en men vroeg om de inloggegevens die ik beschikbaar heb gesteld. Daarna volledige stilte. Men heeft niets gedaan en was ook niet meer bereikbaar. Gemaild, support formulier ingevuld, meerdere malen maar geen enkele reactie. Ook is mijn aankoop verdwenen uit mijn account en staan er allerlei andere aankopen in die ik niet heb gedaan. Ook daarover geklaagd maar wederom geen reactie. Dit is niet eens een slechte service maar een niet bestaande service. Ik ben heel boos en teleurgesteld in dit bedrijf. En mijn klant heeft nu betaald voor een product dat niet naar behoren werkt en waar geen support mogelijk is.

DiviJet Support is awesome. I was unable to send form submissions in Divi ContactPro to CC accounts. The team resolved a small bug in a matter of a day.

My experience with Divi has been deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expected transparency and fairness, but instead, I encountered an unethical and opaque billing process.
I cancelled my subscription with a member of support team and received a refund for an order, after one year Divi withdrew funds from my account again for no reaseon.
The company provided no prior notification of this charge, which I find completely unacceptable.
The issue is further compounded by the fact that their website does not offer a clear way to cancel automatic renewals or check the subscription status. The system appears to be designed to exploit customer inattention.
Despite nearly a month of back-and-forth communication with their support team, the issue remains unresolved. My patience has worn thin, and I would caution others against trusting this company with their payment information.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before using Divi's services.

Don’t even think about buying any of these plugins without shame, they don’t work well and the support is terrible, they waste your time, they don’t solve anything, look for other alternatives, cheap is expensive

The firewall was blocking the translation. Product support helped to identify and solve the issue.

UPDATE: DiviJet had mij een mail gestuurd direct na mijn vraag, maar die mail is bij mij niet binnengekomen. Vandaag kreeg ik de mail binnen van DiviJet en de plugin was terug beschikbaar in mijn account. Bedankt DiviJet.

There were a few problems correcting a bug but the technical support always responded quickly and with great effort until everything was resolved and working perfectly.

Had some issues with the plugin and requested a refund. Was promised a refund within 10 business days but nothing ever came. Further inquiries have gone unanswered. Beware!
