This is my second review in 6 moths since I started using Divi Pixel because... ONE JUST WASN'T ENOUGH! AWESOME product and AWESOME customer service and support. The plugin is just great, so many useful and stylish features (let alone the templates) which have boosted my website from the very beginning. And then support from the DP team is just great. They're super helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Supper happy to have discovered Divi Pixel. Keep up the awesome work.

Well done plugin that covers a lot of features and functionalities the regular DIVI Theme lacks - or which needed to be purchased individually from different vendors. Also fast and friendly support if needed - can totally recommend!

I’ve been working with Divi and Divi Pixel for many years. I’m not a tech expert, but as the owner of a small hotel in Málaga, I really enjoy building and maintaining a well-functioning website myself. Divi Pixel has been integrated for years now, and it truly works great — never any problems, and they keep adding new and interesting modules.

A few times a year I run into something I can’t solve, especially when it comes to specific things related to SEA or AI. But then the helpdesk steps in and assists quickly. Sometimes it involves adding code — and that’s when I bow out :-) Fortunately, the owner, Maciej Ekstedt, has always solved it for me directly on the backend of the site. Absolutely top service!

CUIDADO! PLATAFORMA OBSOLETA Y PÉSIMO SOPORTE, NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO! Cancelé la renovación automática y me cobraron igualmente, contacté con el soporte para que me hiciesen un reembolso (Ya que por ley tienes 15 días para devolver cualquier producto) Y después de varios días de malestar discutiendo y pidiendo el reembolso me dijeron básicamente que soy un mentiroso, que no cancelé la renovación y que no les asustan "mis amenazas" de hacer una reclamación a la oficina del consumidor. En definitiva una gran estafa, por ley tienen que devolverte el dinero si lo reclamas en el plazo de 15 días después de hacer la compra.

The plugin has a lot of useful features and I am excited to you use them. Deducted a star because the documentation is practically non-existant.

Tolle Features die unsere Designer lieben. Dazu sehr schneller und sehr hilfreicher Support. Dazu ständig Updates (gerade auch für Divi 5 Alpha - vorbildlich!). Das müssten sich andere Divi-Plugin-Hersteller bitte einmal zum Vorbild nehmen.

I have been using Divi Pixel for a few years now. I don't normally write reviews, but after the detailed and focused customer service I recently received, I felt it was warranted. This is not the first time I received such service either, every time I have needed help with a module or layout issue, the customer service personnel were timely and offered the best advice. Sometimes, after two or three back-and-forths. The modules are incredible time savers. They offer options I probably wouldn't have thought of, and they are easy to implement. Definitely would recommend Divi Pixel!
