Momentum got us up and running in about 3 months after the sale. We have had a few panels stop working or producing as much however the team has been working with us to get them replaced and fixed asap.

I was hesitant at first with giving a 4 star, but they have been tied up with COVID and everything else. Has been an issue for about a month now.

DIVIDEN solar is a company that cares about themselves I've had a little problem with them I have reached out I've begged for help and nobody has been able to help once you been with them 17 months they pretty much just think you're your money Symbol. I've been speaking to a lot of their representatives and really begging for help guys please read your contract because if you don't it's written on stone and they have no options for you. Unless you fall behind in your payments .I really think they should consider how bring more the customer they are very cold. They forget that people like you or me keep them in business.

A checklist of the entire process would be very helpful for all parties involved, as it would help to keep the process flowing. Paying close attention to detail (such as correct address, correct spelling of names, etc.) would speed up the process. Being pro-active as to what the next step to be completed would be helpful, such as having the utility company scheduled to inspect as soon as you know that the wire is laid and then connected by the electrician. Our guess is that the communication will become smoother as the companies work together. Overall, we excited about having solar… when we can finally flip the switch!!

The overall process, from start to end, was very clearly explained. The installation was completed on time and the products delivered are performing as expected.

In 2018 a Dividend rep strong-armed an upstart neighborhood solar sales business into working with one, and only one company for installs. In order fornthisbdmall company to "earn" a continuing relationship with dividend, he forced them to use one of the world's least reliable installers, Luma Dynamics.

He didn't know it at the time, and neither did I, that Luma would be so sub-standard both in quality and customer service.

Within a year my roof began to leak. I contacted Luma. They attempted to repair the leaking area, and in the process the roofer discovered that each and every solar flashing had been incorrectly installed. No sealant had been used around legs, a nail gun had been used to find studs, and the job was poorly and dangerously done.

Within two weeks, Luma Dynamics had shut its doors and gone out of business. So I took the next step in the recovery process and reached out to the lender, Dividend Finance. Together with my sales company we showed them damages, worked with then for resolution. In the meantime, Dividend only ever demanded payment while delaying the process of roof repair.

They offered only to pay for the panel removal and the damages to my roof only where the solar has affected it, despite the fact that it was their mandatory installer who caused the damage. In Florida, there is a 25% rule. If the repair covers more than 25% of the area of the roof, the whole roof must be replaced, or the roof will not pass inspection and won't be deemed habitable.

That is a law I have no control over, and no ability to determine just the cost of the 40% damaged by solar.

From March until late September they delayed and delayed. They waffled back and forth about repair, send inspectors to my home and cost me time at work. Then finally refused to cover any repairs, claiming this was their original position. It isn't.

They didn't return calls when they claimed they would and take no responsibility for the contractors they force a client to use.

Don't use Dividend, use another finance company. Moreover, be sure that you understand that you can choose your installer anytime you want. Finance companies try to drive business to certain vendors for their own benefit, but you still have choices.
