DK Wholesale Ltd Avaliações

I bought 13 watches in February this year. I was very pleased with them although one on them was broken, the bits inside the dial were moving about. I took a picture of the watch and emailed it to DK Wholesale. I emailed a number of times and didn't get a reply to any of my emails. I thought at the time that they may have been closed because of Covid. I recently tried to send a message through their own website but it wouldn't go through. I liked the watches and would have purchased more but not under these circumstances

Fabulous items fast delivery and excellent quality .

Have used these for a number of years now always found them to be very helpful and friendly with good knowledge

Been going here for 27 years so that speaks for its self, always made welcome and they provide excellent personal service.

Great company with fast delivery. Everything was perfect!

We have always had great service from the staff and even placing an order over the phone, it has always been a first-class delivery service.
would say DK Wholesale has very competitive prices.
We are an electrical retailer in North Wales and have dealt with DKs for the last decade.

We always receive excellent service from the company. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful.

I ordered something on the 19th of Nov 2019 and was told to pay in store then to call the displayed on their website for my order is pending no one seems to answer the phone or to reply messages. This is bad customer service. I know they have good reviews here but from my experience this is the worst customer service ever. I no longer trust to do business with them. Why having an option of paying in store only yet customers order online this is the worst ever.

Excellent company. After some fourteen years no complaints at all.

I have been working with DK Wholesale, for a few years now. They are a pleasure to do business with, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 😊

Fantastic staff great service pleasure doing business.

Used DK Wholesale for the best part of 10 years, sales, service and after service can not be faulted. Trustworthy, value for money and fair with a wide selection of goods. Highly recommend this firm.
