Made an excellent job of my car following a recent encounter with a deer . All work completed as promised and on time and the car delivered home looking brand new

From start to finish I was totally kept informed on the repair to my vehicle. From the first contact right up to when the car was delivered back I knew exactly what was happening.

After someone drove into my door in a car park my insurers nominated DLG as repairer. Their initial communication was fast and exact, the next day after the accident in fact. The car was collected from my address when promised with a phone call to announce exact arrival time for collection. There is a web site that DLG use to allow you to check updates which was completed and the car was returned to me three days earlier than anticipated again with text and calls to advise more exact timings. Work was completed as agreed with minimal fuss. Something like this, which wasn't my fault, was a total nuisance but to be fair the organisation of work was relatively hassle free from my perspective.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Always was updated with progress of my car repairs. Car was fixed even earlier than promised. Amazing work.

Repairs made in good time however I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out and it wasn’t - very disappointed

DLG Auto Services contacted us shortly after being introduced through Direct Line and collected the car within a day or two. Communication was excellent in terms of reporting the issues with the car, to the prompt repairs and its re delivery in great condition. Very impressed with their level of service.
