Car originally returned in a shocking condition, patchy marks on plastic trim and further damage after the delivery driver hit a tree, although he tried to get away with not telling us. Car went back and was in for a total of over 4 weeks.
When it was returned for a second time, still has scratches on the area they damaged.

Phone call hour before car picked up and dropped off so not waiting around all day. Allways happy to give progress update when called. got car back to days earlier than expected.

Could not fault the service. They picked the car up when they said they would, fixed it very quickly and cleaned it too.

They contacted us immediately the accident was notified and once they got the parts the job was completed. But there is one small part, the tow ball cover, for which we are still waiting.
