My car was taken to DLG AUTO for an insurance claim repair. They were very helpful, they talked to the insurance company for me when they realised our car wasn’t secure, and they needed it taken to them immediately. They then kept me informed with texts and phone calls during the repair process, and arranged to bring it back when it was repaired.

Quality repair. The employee who reviewed car and the collection/delivery team were prompt and polite.
The first time the car was returned it was not cleaned properly and the rear panels did not line up properly. When it came back a 2nd time I was more concerned about the problems from the first visit and failed to spot the damage to my rear alloy wheel. There was no point in raising it as I should have spotted it when returned. It looks as if something has been spilt on the wheel. The documents you gave me were for the wrong car and the correct ones had to be sent by email.

Very helpful when I contacted them and they kept me informed of repair progress, particularly when they had received the parts required for the repair. Car was returned and all staff I had dealings with were very helpful
