Delivered and collected hire car on time.
Pleasant staff all round.

They provided clear information, and completed the job on time. Everything they said they would do they did, when they said it would be done! On top of that they were pleasant to talk to. Have heard (and experienced) horror stories from other companies, I was very pleasantly surprised.

DLG at Castle Donnington has great 5-star customer service but has been let down by poor quality body work and by taking twice as long to repair the car as originally promised, ie over promising and under delivering ! Car body worked completed late and small gaps in paintwork left through which filler could be seen. Car went in again for remedial work and came back with a distorted bumper, which I assumed happened when they took it off for remediation work. Very disappointing and will not use them again !!!

Downgrading to 1-star. Car went in third time to sort out distorted plastic bumper and came back with chipped paint, scratches and misaligned bumper. Sorry, but body work repairs are sub-standard and avoid CASTLE DONNINGTON DLG Services !!!!

I had contacted you shortly after my car was delivered by phone to complain damaged to 3 car wheels. I sent photos as evidence . I made a call on the Monday to follow up, I was told I will be contacted.

Absolute jok3 of a company!
Bodged my car the 1st attempt, curbed a wheel & scratched the back bumper. Paint didn't match & panels weren't aligned properly.
2nd attempt the car came back even worse! More scratches to the bumper! All wheels damaged & shoddily painted, panels still didn't match. To top it off my WHITE leather interior was filthy and my parcel shelf smashed!! They disrespect your vehicle then have the nerve to ask you to send it back again!!! Now waiting for the insurance to find a proper bodyshop to fix what these morons have damaged & made a mess of!

Put a complaint in... get fobbed off for the whole time! Over a month in and nothing! They don't care! Quick to ask for your excess payment though! Disgusting!

Really brilliant

Although the repair to my vehicle was fine, the three stars are due to when trying to contact during the repair it was always difficult, unresponsive, but oddly not when it came to payment time. The hire car supplied was mediocre at best, with a faulty passenger side window that was a challenge to close when opened fully, this was reported when the vehicle was collected. Overall a satisfactory repair but customer communications could be improved during the process.

Friendly and professional. Very happy with the work carried out. Car cleaned to a high level. Also, fixed the screw on my parcel shelf which I’m so grateful for. Very thoughtful and kind. Certainly would use this company again and would not hesitate recommending.

The collection and delivery of my car for repair was exceptional. I’ve only given four stars as my car was wet inside from the cleaning process and my chair and settings had been changed which I asked for them not to be altered as I have autism. Julie Cooper in the booking office is worth her weight in gold!
