My car now looks as good as new. DLG service is just next to none. They are very efficient and I was updated every step of the way.

Top class service. I can’t fault their work. It pays to be insured with a big company like Churchill - a very streamlined service, with no hiccups.

Part of insurance claim. Car held for a lengthy period of time, some repair work done which was later confirmed to be using poor quality parts which caused further problems.

Customer service was extremely poor. They made an error in delivering the car outside hours (because of an internal issue) and therefore did not collect excess. The blame was put on ourselves as a customer and the email correspondence was of extremely poor customer service.

Courteous staff, repair was completed to high standard, however, communication with updates on repair could have been better.

Everything went smoothly with all staff most efficient,pleasant and helpful.

This company was assigned to us by our insurance company for a repair, they were very efficient at arranging pick up, pleasant friendly guys too. However we were told it would be a week as only superficial damage, and it was 1 month 1 day, which is why this is 3 stars, made us wonder if they got more money from the insurance company the longer they kept our car.
