The car repair was very good. You would not know it had been damaged. The service and communication was excelent as was the pickup and delivery. My only complaint would be that the car was to be returned having been cleaned inside and out. It had been done but if I'd had to pay for it i would not have paid. The inside looked like it had been wiped down with the same dirty cloth they washed the car with. Apart from that the repair and service was excellent.

Car was repaired promptly with no fuss.

The quality of the work was good. And they were even kind enough to run diagnostics on my car and advise me of the drivetrain issue. But, how on earth they charged £2,500 for such a tiny dent and paint correction is beyond me. No wonder vehicle insurance is so high.

Communication was good and repair carried out fairly quickly.Let down in that the car was returned with the rear seat belt buckles under the back seat.Did not realise until I went to refit child seats and caused me to be late picking up grandchildren.Think this should have been noticed before returning the car.

Great services home pick-up and delivery

The whole process was handled quickly and efficiently, by very friendly and helpful staff. The workshop staff kept me informed and up to date about the work that was to be carried out.

After last week phone calls I supposed to be updated on progress.... No phone call, no text msg, no email.
Called again today and same information as every time, Van will be ready Wednesday.
It is over two months now.
Wonder what information I will get on Wednesday?

Had an horrific experience with dlg.
They asked for a review, which l gave. This review was truthful and factual and not at all complimentary. The accident happened in early December.
My car is still not completely repaired, it's the end of May.. they promised to look into my complaint and refer back to me... NOTHING...TUMBLEWEED.. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER..INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME

DLG Auto Services we’re excellent from beginning to end. They kept in touch with up dates about my car, when I explained to them about going on holiday they managed to have all the work finished on my car so I could pick it up.
Special mention to all the staff who were always pleasant and helpful sadly a rarity these days.
