Excellent service & kept informed of repair progress

Paint doesn’t match
Poor customer service, don’t listen to customers questions / concerns and abruptly respond fed when questioned

My car was picked up on time and delivered done on time by the same person who was polite knowledgeable and assuring the repair was bang on with no stress at all would I use them again you bet I would and will recommend them on a 5 star service

They kept me informed throughout the repair and the repair was finished on the given date 😄😄

Excellent service from start to finish. DLG called me first thing in the morning after reporting the accident, so they could arrange a date to pick up my vehicle. Offered me a courtesy car which I didn't require. They were on time and kept me updated throughout. Repair was excellent (scratch on inside of door I can live with) and you wouldn't know it had happened. Repair took about a week. All staff were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend DLG autos.

Excellent customer service, perfect car repair and car was returned with a vac and clean so looked like new shining in the car park. Cannot rate this company high enough and highly recommend them for high quality repairs.

Everything about DLG was so efficient. They kept me up to date every step of the way regarding the repair to my car and actually finished it a week earlier than expected.

Good quality work done and always happy to adjust if customer not satisfied, pick-up and delivery always on time/date which has been organised.

My car was returned with paint damages untraced during final inspection. Then after I was explained that , this wasn't done by the time the car was in possession of DLG auto. There was a bitter argument with your representative until I told him I have pictures to proof how the car was handed to DLG auto. I refuse to accept the car back and after thorough check of the photos in their data they agreed to repair the damages. The repair was in good standard, but the experience with their representatives was awful. I also lost an extra day off work waiting for the second delivery of my car.
