The service delivered was top class. A lovely gentleman came to collect my car and drop it back. The staff at the depot were also so polite and helpful.

Car returned to me with an advisory warning that front sensors not working. Rang you and was told simply a switch needs pressing. As I’m not a motor mechanic, I have had to take my car to Stoneacres Wrexham. Is it booked in for 13/10/23. If I am charged you will be receiving the invoice 😡
However they have now contacted me, and have sent a mechanic to look at the problem. Now just waiting to hear back. Amazing what a review can do 🙂

The car took longer to come back than I was told and there were a few flat spots that had to be polished by someone who came back to finish the job. It was also splattered with polish along the previously damaged side

They pay attention and listen and arrange in your best interest. Friendly and professional and just want to get the job done right from the start. It was a really quick turnaround and quality of work top notch in fact I hate saying but I hope if I ever have need in the future it gets passed to them. Amazing service!!!
