The delivery men were fabulous, kept me informed on how long they would be. Overall very happy with the service i got from DLG Auto services.

An absolute trouble free experience following an RTC. Everything was catered for and we were kept up to date about the repair and arrangements to collect and return the vehicle to our home was excellent. Great job!

Repair looks good all fixed. The delivery driver said it had a valet; inside was clean but I think they forgot to wash it sadly.

Having had to use DLG for the repair of my vehicle following a collision, I can say that I would not use them or Direct Line again,
Having been told my vehicle repairs were completed after a few weeks, I went to collect it from their site in Warwick, I was meet with a very rude man who denied me the opportunity to test drive my vehicle and then had to point out there are still area of the vehicle that had not been repaired, I had to leave it with them for a further 3 weeks to complete these.
I finally picked up my vehicle today 15.08.25
To find the repairs has now been finished but the vehicle was completely filthy, If I had not been on my way to work I would have insisted on it being cleaned, but I was just thankful my vehicle was back on the road and would not have to deal with DLG again

Recently had my VW polo wing and wing mirror repaired, the car looks brand new. Within three days my car was collected repaired and returned good as new again.
Very happy with the results.

The car went in for repair and the team turned it around within two weeks. The dropped off the car and picked up the hire car so was efficient

DLG Auto Services did what I expected. They did some bodywork repairs to my car. I was very happy with the result. I was given a decent courtesy car for the duration of the repairs, and I was kept informed.

The communication was really seamless and upfront. It came back in a quicker time than what was expected.
The car was delivered clean.
What would have made it even better was if they had vacuumed the boot and also taken out the seat cover and paper in the footwell of the front seat.
As a disabled passenger, this was a real effort for me. But on the whole a really good service I would definitely recommend
