I must firstly add that the staff on the telephone and on the road who deliver and collect the vehicles are excellent. The mechanic/body work member of staff do not deserve to be in employment as they clearly do not do a good job. My car came back to me with work which looked like it had been done by a blind man. And whoever checked it must be clearly blind also. The door was not fitted correctly and the paint had run. They left the locking nut on the actual wheel and it took more time to finish my car I had to borrow a car to go on holiday as they were still working on mine.

Prompt collection and return service with good repairs

Quick initial response. Lengthy delay for parts to start work. Kept us continually up to date though. Unfortunately cracked the windscreen upon refitting which added further weeks to the car's final return. Friendly informative staff, but would benefit from better organisation.

finish was acceptable, panel gaps could have been a little better biggest problem was the timescale due to having to replace a telematics unit which had been working perfectly when the vehicle was collected.

DLG carried out an excellent repair to my 9 month old car it was faultless and completed within the timescale promised a first class service.

The whole process was smooth from the beginning to the end.
