Always with DLouise my experience is second to none. The products, the delivery, the customer service. I keep coming back because I love the company story but I also met Olivia and she and her team deserve all our loyalty and support. Today I had an issue with a discount coupon and using the WhatsApp service it was sorted really fast.

Ordered the classic oval bangle & had an issue with the clasp, Jobie was amazing & responded so quickly, after sending a short video demonstrating the clasp she ordered a replacement bangle which I received today, it was all dealt with in a matter of days! The customer service is incredible, I noticed an issue with my order and the team were straight on it. They had fast response times, and although the item I had an issue with was no longer in stock, I was given the option of store credit or a new item sent out. I purchased the slim m/l eternity bangle wore it for the first time today, and it was lost the clasp has come of whilst I have been out. So would not recommend

Really disappointed with my package of items this morning. Everything is tiny. I can barely get the bracelet on my wrist (I ordered the largest size available). I am not a large woman (size 12). The Anthena necklace was shown on the website as having a good drop. The one I received is almost a choker. The same applied to the paper clip necklace. I liked the solid bangle but again, didn't look like the one from the website. Incredibly delicate. The women on your ads must be child sized. I treated myself to celebrate a personal anniversary and came away extremely disappointed. On a positive note, the ordering process was good and delivery was speedy.

The product is lovely and arrived quickly. A few months later we have had a stone come out of the earrings but I emailed them and got a new pair sent out the next day. The customer service was very helpful.
