I was very pleased with both Valuations. The two young men who valued our flat were very polite and helpful.
As for Jacqueline she was exceptional. I intend selling the shop and will contact her in the next day or so.

DM Hall done nothing but find the…
DM Hall done nothing but find the smallest of faults with the property we were selling however a property we viewed they failed to mention that the kitchen units of a property were all sellotaped together at the back and the draws. They failed to note loose wires / dangerous wires on the top of the kitchen units. Leaks / floods of water in the garage, wardrobe hinges in need of repair, no keys in the window locks (costly to replace), this is just a couple of things . Best to check everything yourself and not trust the Home Reports.
