Really interesting insight that has allowed me to make productive changes to my diet and workouts. Follow up calls with coaches and nutritionists (for my particular product) helped to add additional context. Service throughout was great and the test itself easy to use.

After taking the long and hard road to weight loss, I discovered DNA fit. What they could tell me in a 30 min consultation took me over 2 years of trial and error with traditional nutritional experts. I managed to lose over 10 stone but wish I had the information DNA fit shared me from the start of my journey. I would recommend it to anyone trying to loose weight or wants to manage their health with real information, take away the the guess work and get tested.

I did DNAFit test last year after going through the educational emails from dnafit which i had subscribed. I wanted to know and find out more about my body and genetic makeup with intention to get the personalosed diet and exercise plan.
I ordered the kit and delivery was prompt and swab test was easy. Got the results back in due time plus the personalized printed diet book which was amazing. I did order the book separtely though not part of test.
So overall i am quite pleased to my know my genetic makeup and predispositions and adjust the diet accordingly! Report available on website for reference anytime. Highly recommend.

Good insight into your specific markers

Lots to like about DNAfit. You got a readout of your specific markers. I found some of it hard to believe but a lot of it made sense. The key recommendations are always going to be exercise more and eat more healthily but you get some good insight into what kind of diet is best and what is really bad for your set of genetic markers. I thought it was a bit expensive but I did get two phone calls with consultants ('experts') which was useful if a little generic.

I have always been into my fitness but had reach a road block when I couldn't lose anyway or seem to make any progress but after taking the DNAFit programme I have advanced massively and seen huge change.

I did the full package and highly advise it. The phone calls with the DNAFit professionals made it so much easier to understand and very friendly and caring.

I also bought the DNAFit cookbook and again I highly recommend this as well.

Overall one of the best things I've bought, definitely worth every penny. My friends and family also agree

Used my previous data from 23 and me to get this DNA fit review. Got some interesting insight on the data and more specific to fitness type info but just like 23andme and any other DNA type info it’s something interesting but not massive long term use for it. Was useful to have someone to go over the data and some specific details about diet and building muscle. All and all it’s probably worth it at a discounted price below £50 other than that might be a bit too pricey.

Comprehensive test, the follow up coaching sessions cleared all my questions. I feel supported in case I have further questions on the informations I received. Customer service replied fast

This was the best 40th birthday present because I have been struggling for years and knowing what I know about myself, I wish I did this a longtime ago. It's incredible what you find out about yourself and my nutritionist was incredible I would of given 11 out of 10 for professionalism, a very personalised bespoke life changing g product. Thanks to my nutritionist the improvement is already under way and my energy levels have improved. Plus finding out what your body actually needs and what your predisposition is amazing. Worth every penny I have to say. I also used to stress about my sleeping but having the report and the chat has improved and made me understand my own body, which everyone thinks they know, but trust me truth be told you don't, I found out I was lactose intollerent now found and a followed the advice it's been a game changer. If you are 40 and you need your health improved then definitely 100% do this it will take you a third of the time trying to figure it out for yourself.

Worth to check your DNA

Really insightful - I was a full time rower but due to injury had to retire, the insights really helped me understand which new sports could be suitable and how to best train for them. Really easy to understand results and great follow ups with experts!

This was the MOST beneficial DNA service I've ever used. It explained why I don't eat certain things, sleep poorly, and how I can improve my workouts. I suggested this to multiple people and every single one found the information/service/appointments responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was really interesting to find out how my DNA impacts my health and wellbeing. I booked two appointments - the fitness and health specialist and was interesting and helpful to discuss my results with them. I have been able to use this with my training and amend my diet accordingly.

DNAfit gives great insights on what is optimal for your body both nutrition and fitness-wise. It's not a magical cure-all, but can help guide you towards foods that your body might be better suited for and how to optimize your training efficiency.

I sent in my first sample in September 2020. They finally admitted they lost it, so I sent in another. After emailing back and forth about the status, they just stopped responding to me. This was about 2-3 weeks ago. So after four months of waiting, I still have no results, but they have their money.
