One frustration after another. Geesh people--"Emma" is an AI bot.
The pricing is not clear and when asked about upping the dosage they skirt around it saying things like "the increased dosage is a little bit more because there is a high dosage fee". Oh, and there are "skipping fee's", which make no sense to me at all. It takes a full day to get any type of answer so when they don't actually answer the question it is extra frustrating. I'll probably cancel.

I was leery about using an online site and had a lot of questions. Emma assisted me all along the way. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and in a way that was totally relatable, easily understood and professional. If she didn’t have an answer, she took the time and effort to do the necessary to get me an answer.
