had a breast enlargement procedure on 14th of June and the least that I can say is that I was very impressed by Dr. Cem, his results, how smooth the whole process was and how lovely his team is (especially Idil who was very supportive throughout this life changing process). This was my first time undergoing surgery so I was very nervous at first, however, after meeting Dr. Cem I felt so much at ease. During our first meeting, he laid down all of our options and we decided together what would be the best one for me (size, profile, etc.). I really appreciate how I didn’t feel pushed into a corner and was impressed by his approach. Dr. Cem is a very passionate, knowledgeable and down to earth surgeon and he definitely made me feel so at ease. The picture below is after only 5 days (breasts are still very swollen) and I am already so happy with the results!!

I got into the surgery very peaceful. You may be anxious about going into surgery. At this point, the professionalism of your doctor is very important. I received answers to all my questions with the realistic way . My recovery process after the surgery was very comfortable thanks to the technique used by Dr Cem .Normally, I have swelling problems very easily, but I almost never had any swelling or bruises(a little of course). Dr Cem Berkay understood all my concerns and answered all my questions sincerely. He is also extremely result oriented. I am writing this review in my 3rd month or surgery and all results settled. I started working with Mr Cem 2 months ago. I am 32 years old and I have been thinking about having surgery for about 12-13 years. I complained about not being able to breathe comfortably and the shape. No matter how much you are in the sector, patient psychology is very different. And I didn't dare to have my nose done. I wonder if it will be what I want? The question has prevented me from having it done for years. After working with Cem Bey, my opinion changed in the first month and I had surgery in the second month 😬. Because after having the chance to see the results of Cem's communication with his former patients and his previous work, as well as the results obtained with his new patients, I decided to be blindfolded. I thought The operation process will be scary, but I started working from the 7th day. I can continue my normal life. I would also like to state a known false fact: I was able to breathe more easily with the tampons attached. And when removing it, I did not encounter any pain or discomfort in any way. I can say that this situation surprised me quite 😂. Apart from that, from the day I came out of the surgery to this day, my nose did not hurt in any way, which was not what I expected, I can say that I easily overcame the small swelling and bruises both with the medications given and by applying ice and paying attention to my extra nutrients. DR CBS changed my life, I don't have to use face app anymore :)

I found Dr. Cem on RealSelf based on all of his GLOWING 5-star reviews, and I must say I 100% agree with what everyone has to say about Dr. Cem and his staff. From the online consultation to meeting for the first time in office, I felt I had his undivided attention - he took the time to respond to all of my questions in depth and raise awareness to aspects of the surgery I may not have considered. He was honest, set realistic expectations and did not try to sell me on additional procedures.

I had the lip lift surgery done on 3/1, so I am writing this review only 6 days post-procedure, and I absolutely LOVE the results even with all of the swelling. The procedure itself was done in-office under local anesthesia, took a total of 20-30 minutes, and I experienced no pain other than the initial anesthesia shots. Based on all of my research on the surgery, I was expecting external sutures along my entire nasal base. However, after removing the suture tape 2 days later to clean the area, I was pleasantly shocked to see a very minimal, clean, and closed/healed(?) incision with suture ties only on either side of my nostril. I obviously am not a surgeon, so I am not sure how Dr. Cem managed this, but the incision looked better 2 days post-op than what I've seen online in other patients at 7 days. I am confident the incision will heal beautifully with minimal, if any, scarring.

I also had a CO2 laser done at a dermatologist office recommended by Dr. Cem. Because the dermatologist office did not have any English speaking associates, Dr. Cem and his lovely health coordinator, Idil, accompanied me to the dermatologist's office and helped translate the procedure, paperwork, payment, etc. If I did not already emphasize enough, I felt very cared for by Dr. Cem and his staff, and received VIP treatment as I believe all of his patients experience.

Overall I must say Dr. Cem and his staff are the MVPs of plastic surgeons in Istanbul and I will definitely be back in 5-10 years for a face lift. THANK YOU Dr. Cem, you have given me my dream lips <3.

About a month and a half ago, I decided to have an operation and met with Dr. Cem Berkay Sınacı. Since I had never undergone surgery before, I was a little apprehensive. However, after talking to Dr. Sınacı, my fears were significantly reduced.

The positive impression he left on me during our meeting convinced me that he was the right and trustworthy doctor, and I stopped looking for other doctors. I made a quick decision and underwent the surgery. More than size, I wanted a natural look. And the result was exactly what I liked.

His availability after the surgery was critical to me, and there were no problems in this regard. There was no bruising after the surgery, I recovered within four days, and within a week I was driving again and returning to my daily routine as if I had never had the surgery. I believe that Dr. Sınacı is a very successful surgeon.

I had a facelift (lower- mid- neck- temporal eye) with Dr Cem- he’s a very lovely person and so are the staff, I traveled from Australia and found them to be excellent, I also found my results to be very natural, I don’t look overdone like people assumed I would being 37 and having a facelift, I highly recommend this Dr if you want natural and pretty results 🙏

I met Dr. Cem Berkay SINACI in Switzerland and knew straight away that I wanted to have my surgery with him because of his friendly and competent manner.
His friendly assistant accompanied me from the beginning via chat and telephone as well as on site in Istanbul and answered my questions.

Turkey is saturated with plastic surgeons. It can be confusing to select the right surgeon for your specific needs. I started my research a year ago, followed surgeons on social media and realself, checked their qualifications, flew to Turkey twice for consultations. All the hard work paid off because I found Dr Cem!!

The best of the best surgeons on REALSELF dont achieve the 5* ratings!! Dr Cem has 5* ... this is what initially caught my eye. I could write reems about why choose Dr Cem, but I will try and keep this to the point.

Qualification: Dr Cem is a "Facial Surgeon". Face is a complicated organ, it is critical to choose a specialist who knows the workings of facial muscles and nerves. Many plastic surgeons offer facelifts, but I wanted to choose a specialist in facial field. He is also European Board certified and trains other plastic surgeons for facelift.

My Requirement: Midface lift, bring symmetry to the face, under eye rejuvunation, jawline enhancement, liplift
My Need: I wanted to rejuvenate and enhance my natural beauty. I didn't want darastic change to look like someone else. I wanted to look like me, but fresher, younger and more symmetrical

Consultation: First impressions matter. It was easy to see that Dr Cem was knowledgeable, ethical, a good listener, empathetic to my needs and honest about the outcome of the surgery. He did not lead me down the garden path to make money. In fact, the opposite, I wanted a full face lift and he talked me out of it.

Pre-Surgery 2nd Consult: Saw Dr Cem the day before the surgery and we finalised midface lift & pinch bleph. Dr Cem talked me out of having a liplift. I was gob-smacked, other surgeons talk you into surgery to make money. But Dr Cem puts his patients needs above financial gain. Dr Cem's bedside manner made me feel confident about my choice.

Customization: I asked Dr Cem to lift the cheek from under eye incision as well as from the temporal incision. We agreed on this. Dr Cem convinced me to go for transconjunctivital approach to reduce the risk of ectropian (lower lid drooping)

Surgery: I saw Dr Cem the day after the surgery. He was pleased with the surgery and informed me that he didn't perform the pinch bleph as during the operation, Dr Cem decided that it was in my best interest to leave the pinch bleph till the under eye area has healed from the tranconjunct trauma. Again, I was grateful for his insight, and impressed with his ability to make the right decision for his patient and his ethics to put my best interest ahead of making money.

I am now 10 days post surgery, the healing continues ... face still very swollen and I have cat eyes at the moment, which will ease with time. I am back to work from tomorrow. Luckily, its via Zoom, I am hoping no one will notice the surgical intervention.

Summary: If you want a surgeon who is capable, gifted, ethical, empathetic and put your needs ahead of making money, look no further. Personally, I have found my surgeon for life. May it be myself or my friends, I am never going to anyone else for my aesthetic needs.

I found dr Cem on google search for a minimal invasive face rejuvenation, he looked like famous for thread lifts in my search, but I had a deep plane face&neck lift and brow lift at the end. He was very clear on the video consultation and convinced me for a greater operation. I was a little worried in the first days after the operation because of the bruisings and swellings but he and his team were always with me and made me feel safe. Through the recommendation of a good friend, I became aware of Dr. Cem Berkay Sinaci and was with him for the first time in October 2022 for breast lift and liposuction. The doctor’s office team and the care by Dr. Cem was exceptionally good, everyone is so friendly and cordial. The healing and the result of the operation exceeded all expectations. Through this experience, I had so much confidence and motivation that I was back again in February 2023 for tummy tuck and upper eyelid correction.
