Scam cloned “casino”
This scam “casino” that keeps spamming me has now moved to “doctorspins11” and other sites. Please avoid. They are not real and will steal your money

This casino has now disappeared with £1700 withdrawal of mine awaiting!!! Absolute scammers!! They’ve done this before and changed there name from doctorspins to doctorspins11. So expect them to appear again with another name change!!

The company can improve by shutting down, withdrew a small amount after depositing £20 the pending withdrawal i accidentally cancelled £90 which shouldn't be allowed anyway was instantly added to a bonus i didn't opt in for. This stopped me from withdrawing saying i need to meet wagering requirements. After meeting the requirements and attempting to withdraw they closed my account that had already been verified.

I have requested a withdrawals but a month now nothing . I chatted with and emailed them it said will take 7 to 21 days to be cleared but I'm still waiting. They're too quick to get your deposits but to cash out is hopeless. They need to get shut down. I will have to report them to the Financial Ombudsman. They're scammers.

Had a pending withdrawal for a month. Cancelled it after reading the reviews on here. Then initiated another withdrawal using bank transfer instead of SEPA,held zero hope of getting it and now 3weeks later it has appeared in my bank. I had several successful withdrawals around a year ago and they all took between 2-10days so after reading reviews here and waiting for a month with my last attempt I didn’t expect for one minute it would be successful. Anyway I suggest anyone with a pending withdrawal to resubmit it,perhaps using bank transfer and cross ur fingers. Perhaps they’ve been spoken to I don’t know but it’s worth a try. Also my winnings were from a bonus so even more surprised that they didn’t try to prevent it

Absolutely horrible I have been waiting for my withdrawal from these guys since january.31st and have contacted them 100 plus times asking to speak to someone higher up about my withdrawal and I keep getting the same answer that they will pay me soon. Absolutely appalled at the customer service and the wait time on my withdrawal I want my money I am owed.

The payout is really full of shit,,,waste of time and money I withdraw the amount 10 days ago haven’t receive an amount till now when asked about the status they don’t know the progress just ask the excuses about the weekend what these guys do during week days if so,,,it’s not the big amount as well,,,I never experienced such a shit before through any other casinos,,,

Do NOT waste your money! You will never see your winnings. They make up every excuse not to pay out! I have been waiting 2 months! The excuses I have been given so far… thorough checks, backlog, too many requests, fraudulent claims… etc etc.. I have received the “your payment will be processed as soon as possible” comment over 40 times! Don’t ever expect this site to pay out.
