I paid all fees up front. When I followed up, he told me he had my document and would courier it the next day. A week later, he didn't respond to my emails. He added "disappearing messages" to his WhatsApp and never responded to my WhatsApp messages either. I'm assuming I'm never going to get my legalized birth certificate or a refund as he's not reachable. I cannot recommend.

I had a really good experience with Simon, until I paid for the document I was after. That was the last time I heard from him, and the documents have not arrived. I suspect that this is a scam

I have been struggling for years to find a way to get a document legalised for use in Europe without me having to go to Zimbabwe which was just not possible for me. For 27 years, I tried to obtain my original birth certificate. I hired two attorneys and another company, all of whom told me it was not possible because I was adopted, despite being in contact with my biological parents and having all the necessary details. Eventually, I gave up and accepted that it simply couldn’t be done.
