Prompt delivery. Easy to assemble and use. Value for money.

Fitting is not as advertised (sticky pads not for walls or wood). Screws sent are not suitable, instructions are poor. Having two separate brackets means that it’s complex to ensure that both are the correct height and completely aligned. Once fitted and after a lots of messing about to get straight the gate takes more effort to close than you would think and what is shown in the videos. I would go so far as to say this product is falsely advertised, you need fantastic eye hand coordination to close it and to be very handy with tools (and even then that patience of a saint) to be able to fit it.

No suitable for use in a situation where you need to frequently open and close it. But I imagine in awkward shaped spaces and for occasional use areas it would solve a problem other products don’t.

Excellent product, keeps my young puppy safe and sound when visitors arrive!

Actuellement je n'ai pas pu encore tester le produit car il a été livré chez mes parents à ma demande.
Mon expérience concerne surtout la livraison.
Effectivement en plus des frais de port équivalent à 19 €, j'ai dû payer une taxe de 32 €.
Taxe qui soit disant a été indiqué lors du paiement. Malheureusement je n'ai pas dû voir cette information qui d'ailleurs n'était peut-être même pas écrite en français.
Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas commandé cet article m'est revenu beaucoup trop cher à l'achat.
Il serait bien d'indiquer cela sur votre site Internet.

I have placed orders four times, with two attempts using a UK forwarding warehouse address for delivery to Hong Kong. However, all orders were still cancelled. Only once was it explained that international shipping was not available when using a Hong Kong address. I contacted customer service through the website, and while they promised to follow up, there has been no response at all. Very disappointed.

Amazing quality product! International shipping was fast and efficient. The gate is easy to set up and is very sturdy, perfect for our needs. The design is very smart, it solves a lot of problems we encountered with other types of gates.

Really pleased with the Dog-G8. We were concerned about how it would fit as our front door isn’t standard but it works perfectly. So much easier taking deliveries without having to worry about the dog escaping.

This is the dog gate you never thought you needed.
Very easy to install and use and surprisingly strong.
We have four dogs ,one of which can jump high but she cannot jump this gate.

Outstanding product! The motorhome gate is just what we needed for our Elddis motorhome. The fit is superb. I have also bought the lock which will make it escape free even for our highly intelligent Golden Retriever named Dewi. Many thanks, David Morgan.

I Never got my gate, and I need a refund. It’s stuck at some shipping place saying I need to pay $77 more to have it sent to my home. I’m assuming I was scammed.

Paid for next day delivery as wanted to sort for Xmas. Arrived as detailed, really easy to fit and has created great space under the stairs for my two dogs. The design is actually really simple, but works brilliantly as completely folds away behind a small stud wall. Very happy, and whilst not a cheap item, absolutely does the job. Not sure my Springer loves it, as completely foiled her escape attempts :)

Delivered the next day and is an amazing gate. We already have one of the really wide gates but wanted one for the stairs.
Wide gate we have in the kitchen- allows for our dog (border collie) to relax her need to want to herd visitors :-)
Folds away really neatly and can be taken out easily too.

Great product, really sturdy. I think it is a bit expensive but there isn't really a compeitor yet, so there is not much choice!

This gate has been great for my 80lb lab and 18lb Norwich terrier. It folds totally out of sight behind our trim but is stylish when open. My Norwich is an escape artist so I am happy we bought the lock. Worth paying tariffs/duty for US shipping and conversion rates, free shipping made it a wash. I love this gate, the fact that it is movable, effective and looks great in the space!

Our small dogs are able to open the gate. However, they also sell a lock which has worked and now my dogs are kept safely locked in.

I can only give 4 stars due to having to pay more money to make the product work as intended, but overall I am happy with this and also the service received from Dog G8 & would recommend.

I bought the wide gate and wanted it to be used outdoors so I was advised via the chat feature to get the chrome rather than a coated version.
So happy our pups are safe great design would definitely buy again
