Outstanding service.
Website is a little clunky, but the service is excellent! Bought a scooter on Black Friday sale, sadly was actually out of stock. The team emailed and I was asked to ring the store and genuinely this led to one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.
The guy on the phone offered support and advice, guidance on options available and offered upfront to simply refund if we couldn’t find a replacement we were happy with.
Gave us a upgraded model for £30 more at no cost, talked me through options for protection and ramps and discounted those as well. Next day delivery received.
Couldn’t recommend them more!!

Replacement headset for scooter
Website was a bit awkward but when I enquired by phone I received very good service. The spare parts ordered didn't turn out to be correct but replacements were dispatched and received the following day.
Personal video help was offered if required for assembly and you can't get better than that. Telephone help was efficient and curtious.
