This company is not honest. Their address is in FL yet you get a foreign transaction fee on your credit card from Austria. There are no order cancellations and no refunds. And it takes WEEKS to get your order because it's not coming from Fl, it's coming from China. Their products do not match their own sizing charts and if you want to exchange the product that doesn't fit because they didn't make it to specs, YOU have to pay return shipping! Please keep your money.

The new Tactical Harness has been a godsend! Zeus walks without pulling or lunging (to catch rabbits, skunks(!!), etc.). He heels more easily and consistently. Walks using the front clip on this Harness have improved the enjoyment factor in our walks immensely!!

This company is awesome didn't have spend more than 2 min on the company chat explaining that a buckle broke, and was told a replacement was on the way, customer service is awesome... 10+ Stars..

I have ordered several of the dog harnesses and they are absolutely amazing at just how easy it is to control your dog without pulling you! I started using them as a puppy all the way to adult and I am very pleased with the ease of putting them on and my dogs really like them!

Don’t buy, be aware. This company act like an US company but they are in Shanghai. I ordered 2 winter coats and only the sun will know when we‘ll get them. The phone number doesn’t work and the email contact was inappropriate. I tried to cancel the order because we didn’t know that they are not in the US and after all we got some confusing emails who wasn’t for us (was for another customer). They told me it was too late to cancel the order, but I told them before shipping (I have the email date and the shipping date). So for me a classic lie. I feel betrayed and can only warn to buy anything from this company. I’m really mad.

Update: Both jackets (for two different dogs) didn't fit and even with pictures I made who showed the right measurements they still blame the customer. Their size chart is not correct and after mailing back and forth they told me I should have order 2 size bigger. Makes no sense. I look at my measurements and order the Size the chart is telling me (S, M, L eg.), that is how it works. Nope not for them. To get a refund I have to pay for the shipping. No way, I donated the jackets to an animal shelter. I don't waste more money! Never fall for this company.

Slower than slow. Pony express would be faster.
There is one basic thing I should have followed:
1. Never buy anything off of Facebook.
2. Never ever buy anything off of Facebook.
3. Never ever ever buy anything off of Facebook.
I ordered this back in December, still waiting.

Terrible feedback. All they kept telling me was that my order was on the way but could not tell me any further information. No tracking number, no details of where it was coming from and a phone number of their shipping partner that went direct to voicemail. I am sure this is an off-shore company trying to look like a US company.

Scam company, based in China, absolute junk.

I ordered two separate orders on December 9th 2020. I asked about tracking and they gave me a company - HOWEVER, little did I know my items were being shipped overseas and one tracking number said I wouldn't get the shipment until APRIL!! (don't need the coats then). I talked to chat, left something on FB messenger as well as emailing. All said my orders "were on the way", but didn't have any sort of timeline. Unfortuneately, these were Christmas gifts and I thought ordering by December 9th on one of their "BIG" promotions, I am very very disappointed. I understand why they don't put on their website their shipments come from overseas - I would never have ordered them.

I ordered two coats with attached harnesses. One was too small, they sent a replacement FOC (I only had to pay postage) and advised I didn't need to return the original. I'm pleased with the coats, they are good quality. Customer service was good, only negative is delivery was slow.

Ordered 2 harnesses in 2 sizes and 2 safety car belts with an ad reading up to 80% off the 2 harnesses and if ordered safety belts 15-30% off. While placing the order online and entering my payment info, the page went blank and I had to reenter the account and product again. After editing the order I saw it gave me 2 harnesses the same size and one harness at a higher amount and size. I immediately tried to call and no one answered any of the numbers. Meanwhile my bank sent a n email asking me if I was the person who placed this order, which is unusual, and I responded yes I did. After several emails and chats to Dooggykingdom complaining about the erroneous order, it was never corrected. I did receive a $6.95 credit for the shipping and eventually after threats of calling the atty general in the California address listed and a fraud case with my bank did I receive $39.95 credit. Finally I told them to cancel my order and refund the money back to my account after threatening again with recourse. Today I was refunded $13.86 to my account making this a total of $60.76. My credit card was charged $139.92 so there is a difference owed of $79.16. I will be contacting the atty generals office tomorrow and starting a fraud case with my bank. Buyer beware. No idea that this is coming from China until I read reviews. And the reviews are lousy too.

Misleading shipping times. Business address is a purchased number in Florida, but the company drop-ships directly from China. No way to make 7-10 day delivery, garbage “store credit only” return policy. Poor communication for customer service. Emails took 48-72 hours for reply on anverage and the phone number is an automated tracking service with no actual customer service offered.

The perfect harness for my puppy- she feels safe and secure on walks, and also doesn't pull which is great. Highly recommend, we tried so many harnesses before finding this one!

Do not buy their harnesses. They are cheaply made and they do not fully guarantee their lifetime warranty. I had 2 break within a year and a half and they would not replace it the 3rd time. My dog did not chew through it. The stitching came apart each time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This has not only happened to me but a few of my family members as well. Make sure you read the fine print. I have a black and yellow lab. If you have a bigger dog stay away. They work good and very small dogs but if you have a large one do not buy from this company. You are unable to speak to anyone in authority either. Everything is done through email or chat on their website. Poorly run company with very cheaply made harnesses.

I posted the review below (1 Star) a week ago and it appears that I was too quick to put the blame on Doggykingdom (DK), when in fact the problem was with the United States Postal Service who were responsible for the last mile of the delivery. DK contacted me quickly after my last post and provided me with the USPS Tracking Number. The USPS could not provide that to me and claimed that they had never seen the package and that it was probably a fraud delivery. DK followed up with me numerous times to find out whether it had finally arrived (it has not) and have promised a replacement will be sent anyway. I did recommend to DK that they, in the future, inlcude the USPS Tracking Number with their delivery correspondence. Thank you DK and please accept my apologies.

I ordered the Doggy BackPack on April 2nd, 2022. The tracking site claims that "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 3:49 pm on May 25, 2022," after "PHOENIX, AZ 85042,Arrived at USPS Facility," earlier on the same day. I was away on vacation and had all my mail on hold until May 30. I spoke to the Post Office and even went there personally. They have no record of the package being delivered there and therefore do not have a USPS Tracking Number. I sent an email to their support email address but have had no response. I called the 1-888-303-6449 which got me nowhere. I called the delivery carrier, CJ Packet at 909-809-1104, which only allowed a message to leave a callback number and I have not had any call back. I even sent a note via Facebook Messenger on their Facebook page....nothing. At this point I do not know what else I can do except to warn others that they may be in for the same results. They are lucky to get one star out of five.

I had the jacket that you can attach the leash to I love it is a great quality jacket and I loved it awesome . Was going to buy the harness ,went to order it for$ 39.97 cdn and a 25 percent discount code flashed up so I said great I well buy the car seat strap as well , only to realize that once I hit the discount code when I went back to purchase it the cost of the leash shot up to $51.32 so I guess you really don’t save at all. I was satisfied to pay the 39.97 without discount code but when it went up to 51.32 with discount that’s it for me,I well go elsewhere which is really to bad considering you guys do have great quality items, but when I see something advertised for one price and then it’s changed to a higher price , I can’t do business that way.

So easy to order and received them in excellent condition! Will definitely order again🥰
