I have not received this item which was part of purchase to be delivered in 3/5 days. I think this company is also same as Ventayo both supply training fences for dogs

I placed an order with this company for dog items, based on their address being in the UK, that delivery was 3-5 days and they provided full tracking.
Despite receiving 4 emails assuring me that my order is on its way it has not been delivered. They say they use Royal Mail but the RM tracking system states they are waiting to received the parcel from the Supplier. This means that its not on the way to me even those it has now already been 13 days since I paid for my order and its has been 11 days since they emailed me the 1st time to say my order was on its way.
I have contacted them 3 times for updates and have now told them I want to cancel my order because of none delivery. I have ask for a refund. So far I have not has a reply.

Delivery time says 3-5 days on the website. On your email confirmation it says 7-12

They send orders from abroad and NOT from the UK so they don’t stand a chance of the 3-5 day delivery time.

Customer service is appalling. They don’t care, fob you off and LIE!

AVOID

Do NOT buy from this company they sent the wrong harness so I returned it , then I had to pay for the postage of the correct one AGAIN! only to find out they had put the wrong dog name tags on. There was another postage fee to pay for these as well. It took nearly 3 months to get sorted with them and I was out of pocket with all the extra postage fees.

I’m not happy . Ordered from a uk company near Birmingham with a 3 -5 delivery. 1 week later still waiting. Tracking says parcel is in China . I never would have ordered from this company if I knew the order was coming from China . I purposely ordered from the uk to avoid this . Not happy

Ordered from this company terrible delivery and communication. Then used a company that posted my lead 95% hanging out of letter box obviously I never saw that. Company though this an exceptable delivery I do not. Dogneed did nothing to help would not even speak to courier company . Avoid better companies out there who value there customers.

Not at all impressed as delivery is a lie and trying to resolve issue is fruitless cancellation policy is a lie don't order from this site 3/5 days is actually 7/12 days not until you place your order do not have real delivery times rubbish have to pay for return shipping when you are suppose to be able to place a cancellation within 24 hours of order not true full of rubbish not truthful
