I had a great experience with DogStop
I had a great experience with DogStop. I contacted them regarding treat and bag sizes, and they responded quickly with helpful suggestions that suited my needs. The ordering process was very straightforward and easy to use, and my order arrived promptly.
Most importantly, the dogs who have tried the treats have really enjoyed them! Excellent customer service, fast delivery, and quality products. I would definitely recommend DogStop and will be using them again in the future.

Aluminet Dog Cooling Coat
Item arrived within the indicated timespan. It fits okay, although is a little shorter than I had envisaged. I relied on the measurements of the cooling coat (water evaporation) I purchased 2 weeks before, which extended slightly beyond her tail root. This coat is slightly short of her tail root. Unfortunately the weather hasn't been hot enough to try out either of her coats (2 coats because they work in different ways) so no able to comment on its effectiveness yet.

Resposta da Dog Stop
Hi Sue. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear that the coat didn't quite fit. We do take great care to ensure the sizes are listed on our website and explained so that you can pick the right size for your pup but of course all dogs come in different shapes and sizes! I do hope that you approve of the coats effectiveness now that you've had the time to test it out. Thanks.

I was a little disappointed with this…
I was a little disappointed with this order which is very unusual I felt it was packed in a hurry there were no instructions on the dried goats milk packing. Having spoken to another handler I was told this wasn’t usual.

Resposta da Dog Stop
Hi Ella,
Thanks for your review.
I am really disappointed to read that this has happened and it is not the level of service that we strive for here at Dog Stop.
We are having a few issues with Royal Mail at the moment and it appears the same thing happened to all the parcels that got sent on that day! This was never our intention and your delivery should have indeed been free.
Also, we never ignore emails, we have not received anything from you. Can you confirm you emailed dogstop.enquiries@gmail.com ?
Please send us an email again and we will reimburse you this unfortunate cost you incurred and see what we can do to convince you to shop with us again as an apology for the inconvenience this caused.
Kind regards
Dog Stop
