WE LOVE OUR FENCE!!! The amount of training time (for both the dogs and myself) was perfect. It allowed me to see what I was supposed to do, gave me time to work with my dogs alone and then Chris came back three times to see how we were all doing.

Worth the money!! We met with Aileen paid the down payment. Howard and Shane came installed the fence in 45 minutes. We met 3 times and now a month later my dogs are able to play in the yard without us being out there. It is a great feeling knowing my dogs are safe in our yard. Thank you to the Dogwatch team

While the initial introduction to their product by Christine Hart was informative and helpful and when two weeks later the installation men came and put in the additional wire and set the flags - we only got 5 minutes of "training" by the official "trainer" at that time. Several weeks later Christine came again for discussion of a problem and spent close to 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour with us. She called a week to 10 days later and left a message to call if we needed additional help. We did not. Our golden was trained very easily and might have in his first home been trained to a wire. However, for the close to an hour training session we were charged $279.99. I found in your price list the charge for obedience classes with Bob at $69.99 each (we are 1/2 hr. at the most from Otego).
