AVOID AT ALL COSTS. REVIEW IS ONLY WAY TO GET CONTACT.

Having to leave yet another bad review as this seems to be the only way Doji care to respond to their customers. It seems they care more about their star rating than their actual customers. I sent my faulty phone back to DOJI in hopes to get a replacement or a refund. I heard nothing back since sending off the phone on 28th January. It is now 8th March. They responded to my first bad review claiming the screen was damaged and told me they could send me a refund minus £80 for the cost to repair the screen. I asked for proof of the broken screen as it was not this way when we sent it off (I took photos luckily). When they sent me the 'proof' it was a photo that showed the phone I sent off with the damaged screen protector still on. These 'tech/phone experts' who apparently check their devices didn't notice the difference between a broken screen protector and a smashed phone sceen?! (We left the screen protector on the phone when sending back to avoid any damage to the phone during transit as well as bubble wrapping it). They never inspected the phone upon arrival and it was glaringly obvious the screen protector was on due to the air bubbles underneath. Air bubbles which matched the photos we took of the phone prior to sending. (We took pics of the phone with and without the screen protector on to show the phone was not damaged before sending it off) Anyway, have once again stopped responding to my emails, and I have even gone to lengths of contacting their co-founders Satyen Fakey and Bilal Ishaq Khan. I am writing this review on behalf of my 62 year old mother who is still waiting for her £200+ refund. If this was left to her they would've taken advantage and still had the phone had I not followed up or they would've allowed her to take a £80 charge for a damaged £2 screen protector. You cannot contact them via email as they don't respond. They don't respond on Whatsapp, and they don't have a call line for those who aren't proficient using technology to contact them at all. They need to give a full refund immediately and stop wasting my time. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great phone and great service.

Phone was exactly as described and frankly exceeded my expectations. It arrived, almost anonymously, in fuss free but effective packaging within the specified timeframe. As I have not had any recourse to the 30 day money back guarantee or warranty terms I cannot verify how effective these are so cannot give 5 stars. That said it has been a five star experience to date and I have no hesitation in recommending doji.co.uk to other prospective customers.

Beyond expectations

At first I was hesitant about the idea of a refurbished phone and a bit anxious about the condition of the phone . However when the phone arrived in just 2 days my first thought was WOW there was not a single scratch on the phone is fully functional at the moment it was like new the battery is on 88% but i am not bothered by that it really last a day . I am really impressed everything went smoothly would recommend.
Only downside was that it came in basic packaging otherwise its fantastic.

Better late than never

So here’s my review 2 years later, no issues even after the warranty has expired. Can’t comment on customer service because didn’t have to use it, everything arrived and worked smoothly.

For reference: I bought an iPhone 13 Pro for £700 in feb 2022.

I’ll try to update this review if and when the phone starts having issues lol

Excellent Condition phone lived up to its billing.

The "Excellent condition" phone I bought was just that. Not a mark and the battery was 93%, which suggests very light use. The spec was even better than I had paid for so very happy with the product. My only criticism is that they should send you more notifications about progress as there was nothing between "We're waiting for the phone from the seller" to being notified it was on its way.

Purchase of an iPhone 11…

I have recently bought an iPhone 11 which was advertised as in Excellent condition. However as much as the phone looks in excellent condition having set it up today for my wife it says that the Battery & Display are unknown parts even after updating the phone to the latest iOS 17.3.1
Surely if a phone is advertised as being in excellent condition then it would be considered to have original parts?

At Doji, as being a marketplace for refurbished/used phones, we do accept item that have repaired parts.
The only way to prevent this message from appearing on settings, is to have your iPhone repaired at an Apple Genius Bar or an Apple Authorised Service Provider. But it doesn’t mean that the battery, camera, or screen is faulty – it’s just been replaced or repaired. At Doji, when we put these products through our 52-point check we make sure these parts are equal to or better than the manufacturer's original components.​

However, we understand that this may not suit you or your wife, and we'll be happy to help you with the return process, which you can choose for either a replacement or refund, ok?

Avoid! I took a chance with this crowd to my regret. I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max which they had listed on the website for over £500. 24 hours later they came back to me to tell me they actually don't have it, and offered a replacement in some other colour which I really didn't like. Now have to wait 10 days for my refund. They are taking money for phones they don't actually have. Be aware and be careful...

Difficult at first...

It was difficult, details for the delivery and nobody to contact in regards to queries.

But product was as suggested. Excellent condition Samsung S21.

Product arrived before they notified us of delivery. On the 5th business day. So happy overall

Update: 20th Feb

Very satisfied with the phone. No issues, a great gesture that they responded to my review, they're assuring me they're working on customer experience and services

I would recommend and use in the future if need be
