“good” iPhone 12
I bought a “good” iPhone 12 in Dec 2023. The battery condition is 86%. The phone appears to have never been repaired. All parts reported as genuine in settings - about. Screen looks good, lenses look good. There maybe some minor paint chips.
I haven’t moved over to the new phone yet, so not really tested. The 12 month Doji warranty is reassuring.
The delivery seemed quick but more than one day.

Refurbed iPhone 11 delivered in 6 days
I was apprehensive about ordering from this company as I hadn't heard of them before, but I was reassured by their positive reviews, and the fact that they always reply to negative reviews and try to address any issues. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 11, and the only slight issue I had was that, although it was advertised as being delivered in 3-5 working days, it was actually delivered on the 6th working day. Having said that, as soon as they were aware that there would be a slight delay they let me know and offered a full refund if I didn't want to wait. Customer services is very responsive, and they did everything they could to get the phone to me on time, including sending by special delivery at no extra charge.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra from Doji and I couldn't be happier. I was going to use Back Market because they are more well known but the phone I wanted was cheaper on Doji so I thought I would give them a try and I'm glad that I did because the phone looks practically brand new. Being that they are less well known I was a little nervous as to if I could trust them but I need not have worried as my new phone arrived well within the time period they gave me and I am very happy with the whole service.

The sides and back may display minor scratches, scuffs, or tiny chips, while maintaining an absence of dents or cracks.
The battery health capacity is at least 83%.
Regarding the charger, sustainability is a fundamental value for us. Presently, we do not include charging cables. Our research indicates that many users already possess spare chargers, and by refraining from supplying them, we aim to reduce global e-waste.
