This is an update from a previous 1 star review. I bumped them up to 2 stars because I got my items and they weren't the total garbage that I anticipated. I ordered 5 tops and 1 pair of leggings. The leggings are the only item that are just laughably terrible and nothing at all like the photo. The tops mostly do look like the images on the website, however they are all polyester and the bottom edges are just cut rather than having any sort of hem stitching. The draw string in the one hoodie I got is a super flimsy piece of silk ribbon, and the one item with accent buttons arrived missing one button and another button hanging off. I noticed that the product descriptions now do say polyester, but I swear that when I made my order the website said cotton bamboo blend material. The customer service was terrible from the start. I couldn't cancel my order, and it took 2 weeks before I was given a working link to use for tracking. I had asked multiple times for a return address and just never got one. I also got a customer service email response that was mysteriously in French, even though I had previously been communicating with customer service in English only. If you want a cheaply made version of the items pictured on the site, that is what you'll get. If you want quality items and decent customer service, avoid dolaluna.

Absolutely returning. The clothes sent to me are not the ones in the images. HUGE sizes. Where can I find the return address?

Biggest scam ever. What you see on the site and what you get are not the same. They claim their clothes are handmade - they are not. Many items appear to be textures and layers of materials on the site but the real thing is just a stamp of the image on the clothing.

As another person mentioned when I ordered I read the clothing would arrive by the next week. Instead, I received an email long after the delivery date passed saying they were just not processing the order and it would ship out in, you guessed it, 10-15 days. I responded with a complaint that their website said the clothes would be delivered within a few days and instead of what the email indicated.

Absolutely a huge scam.

I made the mistake of buying 2 pair of boots and none of them are as seen on the pictures not even close. All the colors are different and doesnt even match together. Of course the only way is sending the package back to China but its gonna cost more than the Garbage boots itself.
Even free i wouldnt were these idious.

I ordered a legging outfit that claimed to be made from wool and bamboo. It should have came with leg warmers that were tiered and made from wool as well. When I received the item (which cost me $50.) It was nothing more than polyester and spandex. The quality wasnt anything like the pictures. The leg warmers were just a tube spandex material. Not at all what was shown or described in the picture. When I notified the company they refuse to refund all my money. They offered me a $5 refund. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. NOTHING BUT A SCAM

If i could give this company a zero I would've. The dress I ordered is so cheaply made I couldve done better and I barely know how to sew on a button not to mention i ordered black and got purple. The pants look NOTHING like they did on the website, not even close! I spent 60.00 on rags because they wont answer my emails with anything other than the original tracking information. I have asked to return the crap and get refunded but instead i get the old tracking info, I asked if they can send me the correct items and what do i get? You guessed it, the old tracking info. At this point i am just out 60 bucks cause they are dishonest morons.

First red flag was getting an additional charge for buying something international (days after the initial purchase posted to my card without any previous notification of charge). Items come from China! Second red flag was that the items hadn't processed after 5 days when the site says orders are shipped in 5-9 business days. I ordered this item on 10/1/20. It is now 10/20/20 and there's been no progress on the order. I couldn't even cancel the items. For 10 days I tried repeatedly asked them to cancel the order. Instead they did everything they could to stall for time.They kept asking me to reconsider canceling the order. And now they are saying that it's too late to cancel the order as its been shipped. TOTAL SCAM!!! Hoping that going through PayPal will get me my money back...never buying anything from an instagram ad ever again

I was reading these reviews and got really worried that, once again thinking I might get burned on internet purchases. I ordered these boots two weeks ago and arrived today. Yeah, the quality is not top shelf, but they are cute, so hopefully I will get my 30 dollars worth. Good luck to the rest of you.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the shipping didn’t take very ling and they had tracking info. Other than that...crap!
Handmade and organic dyed?! Give me a break!
I ordered vintage leggings that looked aged and organic and hand dyed. I actually received polyester, very shiny, plasticy pants.

I really enjoyed everything I have received from this company. All my stuff arrived at a reasonable time! At first I was a little bit worried that I was being scammed. But it’s not a scam I got everything I ordered! And it is all fabulous

The items I ordered arrived in two months delay, but once they arrived (on separate shipments) they look great, they have unique style and they and fit great.

Delivery was very late and two out of the three items I ordered were incorrect. No response from them and I am going through paypal to get my money back. Items are also very cheaply made

My experience of this 'company ' is that I keep getting mixed messages - including the one above - about why my goods haven't arrived.; such as,

- contact auspost yourself directly' ... [but that tracking number has never shown up on auspost. ] [
- [when I asked for a phone number, I got this] "So sorry that no phone service available."
- Your goods have been sent back to the supplier [from Fastway / Aramax couriers]
- I am checking with the post office, but the post office has not given the result, please wait patiently
- auto reply: We have received your mail and the customerservice staff will reply asap. If they are a little busy, please kindly give them some time [I get this one a lot]
- Your order has been splitted [sic] and they are in transit

This company is such a scam. The boots I purchased don't look anything like the pictures on the Dolaluna website. The leather is a different color. The hardware on the boots isn't the same. The heal looks completely different too. This product was falsely depicted. They look cheap. The only good thing I can say is that they fit. Returning it for a refund, if they even give one, would cost a fortune since I'd have to ship back to China.
Trust me. Stay away from this company

I have not received my $189.00 order yet but my bank called to verify if i placed an order from STARLINK TECHNOLOGY from HongkongHK? I saw the clothing add on FB about how dolaluna was going out of business and the prices as well as the items were awesome on the site. I feel as though I have been scammed after reading these reviews. If/when i receive my items and they are not what I expect, I will definitely put this scam on blast!!!!! I also WILL get my money back....

This is a scam site. They steal photos from Pinterest and Etsy and claim to be going out of business, hence the low prices. I tried to cancel my order once I learned the truth, but they just lied to me for weeks saying my money would be refunded, but then after several weeks said my order had been posted after all. When it eventually arrived the items weren't even good knock offs, they used cheap nylon fabrics and the goods looked nothing like the photos. For months I've been trying to get my money back via the PayPal dispute page. Steer well clear of these people.
