I purchased a new baby born bracket after 3 months the bracket went black I was so embarrassed when my daughter told me. Dolce Valentina didn’t want to know.

I ordered a gold bangle for my niece for Christmas, I wasn’t able to give it to her until a few months after Christmas due to other circumstances.
When I went to present the bangle to her, the gold was no longer gold but completely discolored, almost rusty and old looking, not genuine at all. The bangle had not been touched, or worn, yet is in this state.
I have emailed the company twice, and I have not even received an acknowledgment.
Having paid over £50 for this product I am very disappointed to say the least, even more unhappy at the lack of customer service.

The bangle is absolutely beautiful🤍 I had a few errors made on the first 2 bangles that I received, although it all got sorted out very quickly and effectively! I only had to email them with my issue and send them a picture, and they responded the same day stating that they will solve my issue and post me another one, as quickly as they possibly can. Mistakes happen, especially at this festive time of year! The response I got by email was brilliant and very helpful, absolutely amazing customer service!! Would like to thank you all at Dolce Valentina, for a lovely present for my best friend’s daughter♥️

After initial communication problems (my misunderstanding of Amazon messaging system) Dolce Valentina responded and I am absolutely delighted with the pendant.

I recently bought jewellery from this company. There was a minor issue with the item which they resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent and I was treated with care and courtesy throughout. I very happy with the product also. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I ordered 2 bangles for my son and daughter, they arrived super quicker and excellent quality. However one arrived with different font on the personalisation, I used whatsapp to contact the company, they gave fast responses and resolved the issue in an extremely timely manner!
Would recommend to family and friends and use again for any future purchases.

The bangle was excellent, exactly what we wanted as a gift for our granddaughter's first birthday. The choice on your website was extensive and the communications were first class. As we live in Cyprus we were anxious that the gift arrived on time. It did and was loved immediately. Thank you to the kind staff members who replied to my emails throughout the process of engraving, packaging and aftercare.

I ordered a bracelet for my three year old daughter, 925 silver came and looked lovely, it was a bit big so kept in the bag and box for couple of months , took it out today and it is brown and completely rusty, I am so glad I did not put this on my daughter cannot be genuine silver to have gone so brown and rusty without even been out the box

Me and my husband where looking for some unique wedding bands. we don't want traditional. even almost gave up until we found Dolce Valentina website. And their amazing wedding band. Gold with Sparkling Rhodium Moon Dust in the Center. We where in love. Price was amazing also. specially when we had a budget and very small intimate wedding. I will recommend this shop. 5*. Also very friendly and replying quickly to messages.

It's now been 15 days and still nothing. I have no bracelet and never received a confirmation email so have no order number. I had ordered a special personalised bracelet for my great niece's first birthday and felt upset that I did not get it for her. Don't order from here..they don't respond.

Paid extra for next day delivery by 1pm and item never received. Put in the notes to contact me if there are any issues for them to get in touch but I have heard nothing. Called several times but no answer so I have left voicemails but still have no item or information.
