Great mats and great service. The entire process with their team was easy and straightforward. Can't wait to get a new location so I can order again.

Excellent equipment. It's great for doing newaza or wrestling or doing floor exercises. Not good for Judo throws. But that's fine. I use a crash mat for that. So, between this mat and my crash mat I have everything I need for the days I am not in the dojo.

When I ordered my mat tape I was told it would be arriving next week. However when I told the person in sales that our grand opening was on Monday, hr told me to put that note in the comment section when I ordered online and my tape arrived early on Saturday so we were able to get our training mats taped up and ready for our grand opening at 6am Monday morning. Great product and great service! Thank you to everyone at Dollamur for making our grand opening a success!

The mats we ordered arrived with a good percentage already damaged. And then within just a few lessons at our academy, the surface of every mat was showing a lot of wear and damage. These are clearly not commercial grade puzzle mats and are definitely not comparable to the Zebra mats we were using at over 100 locations. We got conned into believing their claims about their mats, quality, durability etc. And when we wanted to return or refund or even settle for a percentage return we were completely blown off and it was made clear that the company doesn’t care if its product is garbage and is being sold based on exaggerated claims etc. We did business with them based on a national relationship and they’ve shown all of us just how little they valued the relationship and essentially have no commitment to service or integrity. If you’re looking for mats of a professional quality that will last, and/or a company who has any value for customer service - definitely look elsewhere. We had hoped for simple solutions and an opportunity for them to make it right…..but they made sure to show us that we would have been better off burning the stacks of cash we invested in their mats.

Upon receipts of the product, I found one of the mats I ordered had poor workmanship. The foam was falling off on certain sections and the heat adhesion was also failing on certain parts. In short, it appeared that the mat looked worn out from prior to use or something. I contacted customer service 2 days ago with an email and I have not received any correspondence since.

Update 5-13-2025:

Dollamur eventually returned my emails and I was able to return the mat in exchange for a new one with actual quality construction. If you purchase from dollamur, keep the large shipping box in the event you need to do a return. The return process took a long time and it may be par for the course when it comes to these wrestling mat companies. I am upgrading to a 3 star experience from a 1 star experience.

Great product - fast delivery

Mats look good, but worried about shipping. When I received the mats, the box was open, and I was worried that I could be missing items or there could be potential damage to the mats that could affect it long term that I won't see upon initial inspection.

What made my experience with dollamur great is that the delivery time was second to none absolutely amazing delivery speed and remarkable quality.

Customer service called me to ask if I agreed to a slight change in product and I liked it. Delivery was impeccable. I love the mats in my home dojo.

We were pressed for time after an unexpected move . Our old mats needed modified, I ordered new mats from Dollamur . They arrived sooner than expected. Convenient 10'x 5' mats confiigured to fit space perfectly.
Dollamur is an excellent product ,high quality mat withstands the rigors of hard core JuiJitsu and kick boxing .

These are really good mats. They are light, flexible & though different from a traditional wrestling mat, just as great. The ability to velcro, or unvelcro & roll up so easily is amazing. At first I thought these were a bit spend. But it is so worth it. I have the mats set up in my basement & the kids were tumbling on them the day after I set them up! Thank you Dollamur!

I had a good experience with dollamur. My only complaint is that someone walked across one of the mats with shoes on and left footprints across it. I assume it was an absent minded warehouse kid, but the mats look and feel great and the footprints wipe off easy enough. I would have given 5 stars but, "no shoes on mats" is the most fundamental rule in grappling and your serving grapplers. You should never have that issue.

I ordered well before Christmas and paid. Then I got some *%!*$#! email about them verifying the order after everything was verified and paid for. Since I didn't respond with in 24 hours (it looked like a bogus email), you cancelled the order. I called back to ask why and didn't really get a good answer and had to resubmit the order. We just got it a couple of days ago. I think it was an excuse because they couldn't ship in time or something like that. The product is good but I'm done ordering from your company.

The tape worked out well. This is my first time using it to seal the mats and it really helped.

Took over an entire business week to ship. Very frustrating, advertised 1-2 day shipping and took almost two weeks. Do not order if you need items in a timely manner. Emailed multiple times and never got a response until after they shipped.
