Excellent customer service. They contacted me via email and phone regarding a question with my order and they shipped it priority (without me even asking) over the weekend to ensure that it reached me by Christmas Eve. What a wonderful company. AND the clothes are adorable :)

The products were very nice and the price was very reasonable. Would purchase from here again when have extra time. Bought during the holiday and paid extra for faster shipping, but it still took longer than expected. Received the order just in time.

Very courteous service with a vast knowledge of these expertly made doll clothes. The clothes are simply adorable and finely made. And the selection of clothing was huge and diverse. Clothing for every occasion! The clothes are brighter and cuter than their website images. I received my granddaughter’s clothes pressed and neatly stacked on a diagonal in a Christmas box enveloped in tissue. Marvelous presentation! Marvelous clothes! Marvelous place to shop again and again....

One item was out of stock. Looking for a credit.
One item was out of stock. No info if it would be coming at a later date or not. The invoice shows all items charged for even the out of stock item. I sent an email asking for a clarification. Also asked for a new invoice showing only products received. I only want to pay for what I received. I have heard nothing from them.
Very poor customer service.
