Anna was so helpful and patient in explaining what was required and gave us the time to look at what was the best policy and in detail went through all the stages in securing a policy for our van. Hi I have always dealt with Aine Derham for years in relation to my Mortgage protection & life cover, in this case it was to renew my life cover, I sometimes find the forms very daunting & Aine as always is very patient & talks me through the forms & answers any questions i have, such a lovely person to talk to & i feel excellent at her job.

I have been insured with Dolmen for 7 years without any issues. This year I shopped around and found insurance with another company 100 pounds cheaper. I was shocked to find that when I asked for my No Claims for the new insurance company, I was told that they do not provide one. All I can get is a letter of driving experience which new insurance companies do not recognise. "Many thanks for your email. Unfortunately, you do not earn a No Claims Bonus under our camper scheme, however I can request a letter of driving experience for £10.00stg". I am now starting with a new insurance company again with 0 year No Claims.
