This company is unethical. I suggest you do not use them. There is no way to cancel your domain in your account, the only way to do it is to remove your payment details (which is what I did). I ignored the emails telling me they had tried to take payment because I did not want to renew. They sent me 4 emails asking for payment and then they went ahead and charged my card on the back end!! When I then emailed them and asked to be refunded they called from a No Caller ID number, and became very aggressive. After numerous emails from myself saying that this was a fraudulent action based on the fact that I had given no authority to charge my card, and they should not have 'saved' my card information in their system they still did not refund me, so I have since contacted my bank and have let them handle the situation. My bank refunded me. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company.

Terrible algorithms

Dreadful service and overpriced please avoid. Ive had a really bad experience with this service and they made it very difficult to transfer to another service.

The worst company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Incredibly rude operator. Absolutely overpriced. Received an invoice for 1,045.00, immediately transferred to Go Daddy and instead paid $23.95. I can almost guarantee any positive reviews here are fake - all it takes is a google search to see what a sham this company is.

Worst Company ever to deal with - Absolutely no customer service what so ever. I have since closed account as fast as I could and moved elsewhere - NEVER to return. So dogdy!!
