This is an upgrade from my analogue system, had a minor issue setting up but soon solved by the support team, no having to wait for e.mails, real people to sort things ,yet again fantastic system x x

This is the best company I've ever bought from for the after sale service,
Bought the zxtech cctv system and I returned a faulty camera after a year and they checked it and replaced it free of charge Inc postage, after lightning strike I had to send NVR and a camera back and also got it returned fixed and at no charge, Christopher the boy I was dealing with is a credit to the company,I offered to pay something even the delivery but no they took care of it and sent a new power plug free of charge, can't rate them highly enough,I certainly wouldn't go past them now to buy anything else, service is second to none, and I highly recommend the zxtech cctv compared to the cheap system I had before, thank you Christopher,

Purchase of a replacement camera
I purchased this camera to replace a camera which was several years old and was not focusing reliably. The new camera offered new features that was very useful and at a price that was about the same as the camera it replaced.

Granted they are not the cheapest but in my experience (over 30 years cctv and electrical installs )
You pay for what you get .
Not only quality products , but the tech team are great for any technical issues even if it is not their product .
I had a compatibility issue with an older POE camera trying to add it to the new ZX tech DVR .
Quick response from them .
Im getting older and forgotten a lot of stuff i have learnt tbh .
