Well organised and thorough process from quote to post installation.

We've recently used Domelec for a solar PV, battery and gateway install.

From the first call, through planning, site visits, install and aftercare they've been very professional and customer focussed.

They offered multiple installation options and were happy to provide the specific setup and manufacturer components I wanted to use.

Installation was timely, minimally disruptive and done to a great standard.

All of the grid export paperwork process they took care of in a prompt and timely fashion.

After install I had an electrical issue (caused by another company) that Domelec were able to identify and help rectify.

I'd highly recommend Domelec for any of your solar/electrical needs. The fact that they're local and your money is going into the local economy is an added bonus.

After researching several solar and battery installers, we chose DomElec for our new solar PV and battery installation, and we have been extremely pleased with the whole experience.
Communication throughout the process was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and any questions or changes were dealt with promptly. The installation team were friendly, efficient, careful around the property and left everything neat and tidy.
We've now had the Sigenergy system running for several weeks and we’re very impressed with how it is performing. The Sigen app gives us plenty of information to see exactly what the solar, battery, house and EV are doing, and the early results have been better than we expected.
Overall, we have had an excellent experience with DomElec from quotation through to installation and after-sales support.

Great installation in at times very poor weather conditions. The fitters worked well together and tidied up after the work was done. When completed, the installation was explained to me and the App was installed on my phone and set up. A faultless experience. Thank you.

Fantastic experience from start to finish from a local company who put customer service at the very heart of their business. Everyone we dealt with (Dale, Matty, Nikki etc) were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, which is what a lot of people don't do right, had excellent communication skills. On the day of the install the lads arrived on time eager to get started, they were polite, neat & tidy and worked hard all day. Given we'd had a new patio laid last year we were a bit worried about something happening to it and although we'd protected it we needn't have worried, from the scaffold lads to the solar panels going up, care & attention was taken by them all. We are thrilled to bits with our new Sigenergy system, haven't paid for electricity so far this week! A massive thank you to Domelec, a truly outstanding experience 😊

always greats communications and staff always polite and helpful. on the day work was carried out professionally and always willing to answer my questions. work was done with as little disruption as possible and i was always kept in the loop with what was going on, even when we hit some problems, solutions were found and sorted. great bunch of lads and solar working as expected. fantastic thank you.
