It's That time of year again when the Air con is due a service. I get a reminder over WhatsApp from Domestic Air and book an appointment. Fingers crossed I get the same gentleman who came the year before. Josh, he did a great job of the service but also had loads of patients with my wife who has a rare form of dementia.
Yes! Its Josh, I get a message off Josh the day before the appointment, confirming his time of arrival. Josh arrives on time and I remembered he likes coffee. I showed Josh a very small leak in the drain, which Josh said he’d investigate. Once the service was complete, Josh explained what he had done on the service and also showed me that he’d replaced the leaking joint on the drain. Thank you, Josh! The invoice was sent out the next day, which I gladly paid. Great company Domestic Air, thank you!

Great service. Josh texted the day before to give me a time of arrival. On the day texted and said he could come earlier if I wanted he was respectful of my property and polite. Did the air con service in a timely manner and good price. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a great experience with Domestic Air. Communication from start to finish was clear and concise. Darren and Mike, the installers who came out, did an excellent job. They were professional throughout the entire process, and I was particularly impressed with how tidy and clean they kept the workspace.

Having this air conditioning has truly changed our lives; our home is now a comfortable sanctuary no matter how hot it gets outside, and the difference in our quality of sleep and daily comfort is incredible. Highly recommend their services!

After seeing the many positive reviews online, we decided to contact Domestic Air, and from the very beginning the service was excellent.
Ryan responded to our enquiry promptly and quickly arranged for Mike, one of their engineers, to visit our home. Mike carried out a thorough assessment, took all the necessary measurements, and answered our initial questions. Shortly afterwards, Ryan got back to us with a range of options, from budget friendly to higher end systems. He also suggested an alternative we hadn’t really considered - a ducted system. Surprisingly, this actually worked out slightly cheaper than having individual units installed in each bedroom, provided you have enough loft space, which fortunately we did.
Ryan was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the ducted system and helping us understand the pros and cons. In the end, we decided to go ahead with it. I won’t pretend we didn’t have second thoughts before the installation, but we are now so pleased we chose the ducted system. It looks much neater aesthetically, is incredibly quiet, and makes it so easy to control the temperature in every bedroom.
I also have to commend Mike for his professionalism and his extremely friendly and polite attitude throughout the installation. Mike and Jay were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard during some of the hottest days of the recent heatwave, spending hours in a boiling hot attic while keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. They did everything they could to keep the house tidy. Naturally, with ceiling cut outs and installation work across four bedrooms, some dust is unavoidable, but Mike always cleaned up thoroughly after the major drilling and each ceiling opening.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Air. If you have sufficient loft space and are considering air conditioning in multiple rooms, I would honestly recommend looking at a ducted system. We are absolutely delighted that we chose it over individual wall-mounted units. Thank you to Ryan, Mike and Jay for an excellent job and a first-class service from start to finish

Great experience with Domestic Air. We had two AC units fitted and the whole process was super easy from start to finish. It took two days and the installers, Mike and Darren who were very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get air con fitted.

Josh came to service our 4 indoor and 2 outdoor units. The job was done to a high standard and no mess was left.

Enough of the nuts and bolts though, Josh is a genuinely nice Guy. He has serviced our units before and it is truly like having an old friend over.
