Enquired about Hajj with the company for our journey with Dome Tours run by brother Helbawi, was a good experience, communication could be improved by call handler all in all good experience and looking to book for the coming year.

I did hajj with dome tours back in 2010. I also did umrah with dome tours several times over the years. I just came back from hajj with ABG which is 16 years since I went with dome tours. Despite the upgrades overall to all the camp sites etc, dome tours hajj 16 years ago was far far superior. The attention to detail in every single aspect is nothing I have seen at all. They are far superior to any other hajj or umrah provider and always the first to introduce upgrades which later get implemented by other providers. Do not think twice, only travel with dome tours!

We pray that all those who are still feeling the effects of Hajj are recovering well from their coughs, colds, aches, and pains. Such challenges are part of this blessed journey and a reminder of the sacrifices made for the sake of Allah.

By the fadhl (grace) and mercy of Allah, He has answered our du'as and granted us the opportunity to complete this sacred spiritual journey. May Allah accept our Hajj despite our shortcomings, for none of us is perfect. We all make mistakes and fall short, yet it is through Allah's infinite mercy that He gathers people of one faith, regardless of ethnicity, skin colour, wealth, social status, or background.

These worldly distinctions are temporary; life itself is a test.

We have been truly blessed to undertake this journey with Albait and Dome Tours. Every stage of the pilgrimage was organised with exceptional care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.

This was made possible through the tireless efforts and dedication of the guides who served us throughout our journey.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sheikh Imtiaz, Zubeir, Naeem, Ussama, and all the female guides. They sacrificed their comfort and often their sleep to ensure the well-being of every pilgrim.

Their patience, compassion, and commitment were evident in every aspect of their service, especially during the demanding five days of Hajj. No question was left unanswered, and no effort was spared in caring for the guests of Allah.

Only Allah can truly reward them for their service to the Ummah in this world and the Hereafter. May Allah accept their du'as, shower them with abundant barakah, grant them good health, protect them and their families, and continue to bless them with the honour of serving the pilgrims and the wider Muslim Ummah.

You are all among the chosen ones, and we make du'a that Allah continues to select and enable you to serve His guests with sincerity and excellence.

I am sure that the vast majority of pilgrims will share these sentiments and join in expressing their gratitude and appreciation for our Hajj guides.

Through the Rahmat (Mercy), Maghfirat (Forgiveness), Afiyat (Well-being), Barakah (Blessings), and Fazal (Grace) of Allah, Alhamdulillah, All of us have now completed the five pillars of Islam.

However, our journey does not end here. Hajj should inspire us to reflect upon our daily actions and strive to become true Mu'mineen—believers whose faith is reflected in their character, conduct, and devotion—rather than being Muslims in name alone.

May Allah grant us all Hajj Mabroor, forgive our sins, accept our efforts, and keep us steadfast upon His Deen.

After several years of hoping to complete Hajj, 2026 was finally the year Allah opened the door for us, choosing Dome Tours was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the experience was far smoother, more organised, and more spiritually fulfilling than we ever imagined.

One of our biggest concerns going into Hajj was my mother, who is in her mid 80s and required a wheelchair. We expected challenges and logistical stress, but the team handled every aspect with such professionalism and expertise that those worries quickly disappeared. Their expert logistical management meant that movements between sites and the overall flow of the days were far easier than we anticipated. They consistently ensured my mother’s comfort and for that we are truly grateful.
The group leaders, guides, and support staff were exceptional, patient, and always present when needed. Their calm coordination during the most intense days of Hajj made a world of difference. What could have been overwhelming became manageable and memorable.

After wanting to complete Hajj for so many years, this journey exceeded every expectation. Dome Tours didn’t just take us to Hajj; they supported us through it with sincerity, care, and a level of organisation that deserves the highest praise.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering Hajj, especially families travelling with elderly parents or those needing additional support. They turned what we thought would be a difficult experience into one we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Abdul Wahed, Fatehullah, and Hasan. Although all of the guides did an excellent job, I found your commitment and guidance to be extremely beneficial.

Abdul Wahed did an excellent job in communicating with the groups and keeping us up to date. He has a familiar and reassuring presence.

In Makkah and on the days of Hajj, Hasan was one of our main people that we recognised and knew that we were in the right place. He also very helpfully took us for the orientation to the Jamarat, which I found very useful.

In particular, I will never forget when Fatehullah took us for the Jamarat on the first day of pelting, and amidst all of the noise, rush and pandemonium, he could be heard clearly shouting "Dome Tours!". When we lost the group briefly, that voice felt like a saviour. Nor will I ever forget on Eid Day how Fatehullah stationed himself at the perfect place to direct pilgrims to Makkah or Azizyah.

Sheikh Imtiaz deserves a special thanks for his seminar series, and and patiently answering all of the many Fiqh questions.

I want to thank all of the Al Bait staff who were there behind the scenes working tirelessly. You have delivered an excellent Hajj experience, and I will be recommending to my friends and family to go with Al Bait and Dome Tours. May Allah cause your businesses to flourish and find success after success.

I want to thank all of my fellow Hujjaj who made the journey an incredible experience. The familiar faces and the new friends. It occurs to me that we will never again all be gathered together on this Earth (except by a miracle), so I ask Allah to gather us together again in Jannah, in the neighborhood of Rasoolullah SAW, for a great feast.

Completing Hajj is something words can barely describe, but having the right people around you makes a huge difference and Alhamdulillah Dome Tours delivered beyond expectations.

A massive thank you to the whole Dome Tours team for the amount of effort, patience, and care they put into looking after us throughout the entire A1900LHR package. From the early preparation stages all the way until the final days of Hajj, everything felt well coordinated and properly managed, which allowed us to focus on our worship without unnecessary stress or confusion.

The team were constantly present and accessible whenever support was needed. They handled everything with genuine sincerity and professionalism. You could tell they truly cared about making sure every pilgrim had the best possible experience.

My first Hajj in 2026 and it was the best experience of my life and Allah (SWT) made it easy through putting Dome Tours as our guides. Great team, so patient, always smiling and always happy to help. Everything was so well organised and the communication was first class. I highly recommend Dome Tours (Dream Tours) - I cannot say anything other than JZK for everything from me and my wife.

We went with Dome in Hajj 2026. They as a team ensured everything was taken care off so that we could concentrate on our Hajj. Each of the guides was personable and generous with their time, ensuring all queries were addressed. They were very organised and went above and beyond in ensuring the Hajj experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend my friends and families go with this group in the future. Special mention to Abdul Wahid for his dedicated leadership of the team during the journey and the excellent team around him.

Upon arrival at Jeddah airport, the coach transfer we were assured of multiple times did not exist. We were directed to purchase train tickets to Mecca at our own expense, with the assurance that ground staff would be waiting. Predictably, no one was there. The local staff had not been briefed and spoke no English. We found our own way to the hotel, choosing at that early stage to extend the benefit of the doubt.

The transition to Mina offered a masterclass in oversight. Upon boarding our assigned bus, we found it full, with guides comfortably occupying pilgrim-allocated seats. Finding no assistance, I had to personally plead with the driver in Arabic to sit in the emergency seat. At Muzdalifa, the lack of a gathering system bordered on hazardous. While other groups rested and departed for Jamarat in an organized fashion, our group's strategy seemed to be waiting until sunrise for the crowds to clear. The disorganization was such that a pilgrim woman fainted in the heat while organizers remained blissfully unaware. Similarly, the promised organized walk from Mina to Mecca devolved into guides leading pilgrims into the tunnels and leaving them to navigate the crowds and heat on their own.

However, the most disappointing aspect was the spiritual direction. On the day of Arafah, while other groups utilized every moment in tearful supplication, we were advised to stay in the air-conditioned tents and enjoy the buffet. Our worship was ultimately condensed into a 20-minute group dua just before sunset, leaving a few minutes for personal prayer at the final moments. We were informed that the final moments mattered most, a rather unconventional theological take. This detachment was a recurring theme; we were the only group never to recite the Talbiya or Takbir. The guides never encouraged this central act of worship, yet they were remarkably proactive in advising where to stream UK football matches and find fine dining in Mecca.

In Medina, the women's Rawdha booking was announced moments before the window opened while most were asleep.
And for the grand finale, the airport transfer we paid for never materialized. Much like our arrival, our departure required a last-minute taxi, as no one from Dome Tours reached out to organise transport as they promised.
Beyond the logistical nightmare, there was a distinct chill in customer service. As pilgrims from outside the UK, not a single guide introduced themselves, checked on our well-being, or offered a basic *Salam*: a sentiment echoed by other custom-flight pilgrim we spoke with
We were convinced this was their first or second year in operation as they seemed to struggle with the basics. It was shocking to know they've been doing this for over twenty years.
If you are a UK citizen of Pakistani descent who views Hajj primarily as an opportunity to socialize, rest in luxury, and observe the rites in comfort with a like-minded peer group, Dome Tours will cater to your needs perfectly. However, if you value genuine spiritual focus, logistical reliability, and an atmosphere that honors the profound gravity of this pilgrimage, you may wish to invest your trust elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience booking my trip with Dome Travel. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure my trip was smooth and memorable.

I was a last minute addition to the February 2026 Umrah trip. Dome Tours communicated exceedingly well with any questions that I had and also in processing my application. They were patient whilst my documents were being prepared.

Travel arrangements were well organised, comfortable coaches to and from the airports. The train which was organised from Medina to Makkah was wonderful!

The hotels provided were of excellent standard, the cleanliness which is a big tick from me. There was a variety of food for the breakfast buffet.

The proximity of the hotel to the Prophet's Mosque made it extremely easy for my parents and I to walk for congregational prayer.
The hotel in Makkah was also close by to the Masjid Al Haram. The only drawback being that there is an incline on the walk back from the masjid, anybody in a wheelchair or mobility issues will find it difficult.

I was particularly worried about the ZamZam water and how we would arrange collecting it and transporting it back to the UK. The whole process was ever so easy and stress-free.

The group leader, Shaikh Mohammad Mahmoud, knew exactly where to go- where the coaches were located and navigated us well at the train station.

All in all a highly enjoyable experience from me and I would recommend to others who would like a stress-free trip to Umrah.

Dome Tours provided a professional service from the beginning to the end of our Umrah journey. This allowed us to concentrate on the spiritual aspects of our visit to the holy sanctuaries. The hotel (The Hilton) in Makkah sharif was impressive; both hotels (in Makkah and Madinah) were very close to the haraam sharifs which was important to me. Can’t thank the organisation enough.
