Found this company is very dependable for my service requirements and reasonable. From equipment replacement to oil delivery I would recommend their services.

Office staff had my info and scheduled immediately , driver was courteous and helpful (we are a commercial building , ordering diesel for our generator )

My mom purchased approximately 150 gallons regularly, and every other company I’ve dealt with provides an estimated delivery time or at least a courtesy update. This company did neither.

From the very first experience, it was terrible. The secretary was extremely rude — we had her on speaker phone, so others heard the tone and attitude. There was no professionalism and no respect.

They claimed the tank was full — it is NOT full. They charged us at what they say is the “highest price,” claiming they delivered 63.5 gallons. However, my mother’s tanks are still empty. We have two tanks, and something is clearly wrong.

On top of that, after my mom left a review based on the operator’s rudeness, the owner, Hakan Koc, communicated roughly in a way that felt intimidating and inappropriate. No customer should feel threatened for leaving an honest review about their experience.

They also never provided any time frame for when they would arrive at the house. No communication, no transparency, and no accountability.

This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company based on our treatment, billing concerns, and lack of professionalism.

This is the 2nd time receiving oil from Domino Fuel.Credit and cash same price which no company has..Their prices are the lowest and they deliver within a day or 2! So simple and reliable!

Spoke w/the owner, Carl. He gave me a great price to replace 3x gas hot water heaters between 2 of my properties. I was surprised to see that they don't just work with oil heat, but natural gas as well. They were super quick with the install and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need for a hot water heater replacement. A+++

I needed my oil tank replaced in my basement. I did not know what the job was going to entail. The Domino crew arrived and pumped out my old tank, cut it up to remove it and installed the new one. The work was finished in 3hrs., there work was excellent and clean !

I had a full boiler replaced scheduled for tomorrow they came a day early and everything was done to my expectations !!! Thank you !!

If i could give 0’stars i would. They came to our house and flooded our basement. Adjusted a valve to give heat which they didn’t. They got paid and left our basement with 3 inches of water. Horrible customer service !

I had a boiler installed 2 weeks ago. At the end of the installation the only thing that was needed were 2 caps for the outside ventilation. They returned promptly to install them even after they received full payment. I was concerned because I just redid the floor and painted in the room they were working in. No need for concern the guys were there all day, were very professional and neat! I am so pleased with the job they did. They gave me a great price too-very fair! I would absolutely recommend them great communication from the start and great job overall.

I had Ringhoff fuel make four service call to my home in december to try and repair my oil furnace and all they accomplished was 2 major puff backs. One the fifth call back I hired Domino oil to try and fix my furnace. Within 5 minutes of arriving they broke down the furnace founnd it filled with soot and ash. The cleaned it out and got it fired up without further brake downs. 100 percent satisfied. A month later due to a damaged fire box caused my Ringhoff's failure to clean the furnace I had Domino Fuel install a brand new furnace and they did an excellant job and all is working well. Terrible service! Carl who is the owner is very unprofessional. Called Domino fuel to replace my leaking oil tank. They agreed to show to show up to my house on 12/4 between 9-11 to replace the tank. He never called or showed up. My husband called at 10:45 to find out what was happening. The office manager said that Carl would be calling us back. He calls and says that another job took longer than it was supposed to and he won't come until tomorrow. First of all what other job? We were supposed to be the first job. At 9am but Ok we rescheduled until Tuesday. They show up on Tuesday at 10am and they have the wrong tank. So now they have to go to get another tank all the at in wantagh. I called Carl to express to him
My disappointment with his service considering the fact he was PAID in FULL and had not even came to my home to see the work he needed to do. His company requested us to send photos and video of the tank that needs replacing. Carl was extremely rude and made me feel as if he was doing me a favor. He expressed to me that he can't send someone bc that would further delay the work. He also said that my husband didn't pay him in full that we used PayPal credit which was FALSE. My husband paid with PayPal and it took the funds from our account. He said he didn't see the funds on his end which has absolutely nothing to do with me. If he didn't see the funds why would he be in my house to replace the tank. He decided that he didn't want to hear my complaints and said he will refund me. So he refunded me, and He had his guys leave the job. So you're refunding me but you didn't see the funds in your account? Hes terrible. Beware! He's rude and does not want to take constructive feedback. If you have to replace a tank wouldn't it be a good idea to come and see the tank first so you know what type of tank you need to replace? Or wouldn't be a good idea to show up on the day you're supposed to? Considering the emergency of a leaking oil tank he needs to do better because you are not doing me a FAVOR CARL!! I thankfully got the tank replaced by a company who offered me a better tank, 30 year warranty and showed up when they were supposed to. They were also very professional and I paid MORE! Carl refunded me my 3000 and I wound up paying 3500 which wasn't a problem bc that company came to see what I had, explained the benefits of the more expensive tank and took the time to explain to us why we should get it. I hate companies who don't take pride in their work! Dont shop with DOMINO FUEL. Oh and the workers didn't speak ENGLISH!

My oil tank developed a pinhole leak, and I wanted to get it replaced before it got any worse. Domino was the first company I called; they asked me to send a video showing how to get the existing tank in and out of the basement. I sent it, and they responded with a very well-priced quote in under an hour. They also were able to schedule the replacement quickly.

IN CONTRAST, every single OTHER company I called (and it was many) wanted to send someone out to the house in a few days or weeks to take a look at the tank, before giving a quote, and they also didn't have any availability to replace the tank for weeks.

I technically may have been able to wait longer as the leak was slow, but for my own peace of mind, and since Domino responded with the urgency I was looking for, and because their pricing was great, I went with them.

On install day, they called in the morning to confirm, and they showed up promptly at the time they scheduled. The install team needed to remove the railing off my basement stairs and remove the side door in order to get the old tank out, which they did, and they replaced both properly before they left. The new double-wall tank I purchased required a different pipe and feed line routing and they did all the work to hook everything up and test it. They cleaned up after themselves well and left my house just as they found it, but with a gleaming new tank.

I feel it is so rare to find companies I can wholeheartedly recommend so I always try to leave reviews when I do find one. I am so happy I found Domino and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Had a leaking in basement oil tank. They came and swapped out the tank. That was also after getting a fuel delivery. Very professional. Would recommend theme and most likely switching to company for oil burner tuneups.
