They pay but one withdrawal at a time. What it means is that if you withdraw for $100, then you must wait till the transaction is finished. I had withdrawal for $256, was on pending. I've deposited $200 again and won $700. I tried to withdraw $700 and I wasn't able to because I had $256 withdrawal on pending. Are you kidding me??? Well this is how they run the business then so be it. $256 came in after one day. I've deposited $100 and won $300.
