Don't waste your money

It is almost impossible to get help from the customer service. No pharmacy will fill prescriptions from them, and there is no way to get your money back. I really did like my doctor, but that doesn't do me much good.
Edit: I've already tried what Done's response is telling me to do. It take a week then someone calls you. Verizon blocked the call cause it thought it was spam. There is no way to just call and talk to customer service. Some of their emails pretend to have chat, but they do not.
2nd edit: As of August 27 still no help
3rd edit: I did finally get a refund Sept. 1st. Changed it to 2 stars. I loved my doctor and I loved the idea, but the customer service is so bad

Do NOT recommend. Will take your money and your insurance money and not refund you.

I started using done.com over a year ago. The initial consult and first year of prescription and online doctor visits was great. I was happy to pay extra for the convenience since I am very busy and have several small children. However, after noticing that my insurance was refunding "me" by paying them directly, yet they were still charging me the same fees, I sent an email to them asking to see payment history because there should have been reduced bills due to insurance payments. You cannot view your payment history on the app. After my second email to them (when the first was not answered after 2 weeks) I logged in again to find my account "paused" while they "found me a new provider". I was never notified but text, email, or phone call that my account was paused. You cannot view anything on your account while it is paused and therefore cannot request refills either. I emailed them again asking for at least one refill to hold me over until I could get a new appointment and it again went unanswered. I had to go several weeks without my medication while I tried to get an in person appointment with a new doctor local to me. Some seriously shady stuff going on with this company. 2 months later and still none of my emails have been answered and I sent a regular question email before which was answered almost immediately.

Probably the worst customer service I…

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

You have to send in a ticket to receive a phone call or email for help (which is often needed for scheduling since the software hasnt been working for you to do on your own for 7 months).

The emails are slow and unhelpful often resulting in getting you medication a month or two late.

I tried requesting a phone call hoping for better luck and like the emails, they dont respond in 2-3 business days but rather a week or two later. And when they do call, they call during dinner or as late as 11pm...

The incompetence is mind blowing. Most recently my membership was paused out of nowhere when I was trying to schedule with a doctor for my 3 month check in. After sending several messages to done support and finally got one back saying theyd contact me in 2-3 days. That was about a month and a half ago.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership but im locked out and have been for several months. Although it says you wont be charged while the membership is "paused", I was just charged yesterday for $79.

Im not the kind of person to write reviews, but this experience has been so terrible that I feel the need to warn people.

Also, I'm a very patient person and have worked in customer service for years. I wasnt nasty to anyone I was in contact with, I asked for help in a polite manner.

It doesent get any worse than this and im looking at their competitors for a better option.

my lifelong experience

ive been diagnosed with adhd by 3 different doctors since i was a minor. I didn’t tolerate methylphenidate xr well. I am grateful to be on a medicine that my body tolerates, daily activities of life feel like less pressure, I am less impulsive, my mood is more stable, and my marriage has improved. Done is doing a good job, especially considering the regulatory eggshells they have to walk on. To think the DEA has Classified Medicines for treatment of ADHD In the same schedule as cocaine and OxyContin is shameful. Increases the stigma of having ADHD.
I went through 11 months of hellish identity theft, my kitchen table covered in a mixture of fraudulent and real credit card statements. I felt like the weight of the world was crushing me. Treatment for ADHD has come up multiple times in my life as I watch myself struggle 10 times as hard in school in college and grad school as my peers. I commend done for Patient advocacy despite misplaced harmful group-think in the medical community.

Diagnosed with ADHD, denied access to treatment

I was diagnosed with ADHD from a local psychiatrist five years ago. I haven't been on stimulant medication for about two years now and tried Done instead of going back to my psychiatrists office. They treated me very disrespectfully, like I was a drug addict, and not like I was seeking help for my diagnosed medical problem. The provider even tried to convince me that getting my medication could kill me, which is just utterly and completely ridiculous. They gave me just about every excuse in the book not to prescribe me the medication I need. They're too busy trying to stop "druggos" instead of giving patient care. If you want actual care and management for your ADHD, see a proper psychiatrist. This is not worth your time and money. They don't provide care, they just interrogate you to justify why you need the medication instead of treating you. I shouldn't have to convince a doctor that I need treatment for my diagnosed medical problem. It's just completely beyond ridiculous.

They wasted my time (45 min long appt) and wouldn't prescribe the treatment I need, despite being previously diagnosed with ADHD and having a successful history of stimulant treatment. They're just going to waste your time too. Might as well burn $200 instead of going to them.

In response to my feedback, Done had scheduled me with a new provider, but then cancelled that appointment and reassigned me back to the provider that treated me like this.

Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and will not use them in the future, I've decided to go back to my local psychiatrist, where I can get treated for my medical conditions without any of this incredible BS.

P.S. I tried Done before, and that time the doctor didn't do any care assessment either, they simply asked what drug I want and how much. So you either end up with someone who refuses to treat you because they think you're a drug addict, or someone who is just pushing pills. Please do not waste your time and money on this service, these practices are well known by others in the ADHD community who've used Done.

P.P.S. in response to my feedback, Done dismissed me and said that they "cannot guarantee that patients will receive the treatment they expect", and had 0 concern for the unprofessional behavior of my provider. Don't expect them to listen to you either if you have a bad experience. They responded to this review asking me to provide them additional feedback, but I already did that prior to this review, and they didn't listen at all. They don't care about providing the best experience. They don't care about you at all.

Not a good experience

Getting my prescription was inconvenient at times because I only had a small window (24 hours) to request, get dr approval and get it refilled.

My dr told me my symptoms related to medication were due to menopause, even though I had already tested negative to being in peri and it was a known symptom. My doctor left and I was going to have to find a new provider but luckily I no longer needed the service of done.

I was desperate, so it is helpful if you have no other option, but it was not a good experience for me.

DONE ignores their patients

I requested my RX on time. It's been passed their promise of 3 days to respond to my request and messages and emails. No one has responded. My RX has NOT been sent, and I am traveling for work in the next day and a half. Unnacceptable to not give your patients the time of day regarding their mental health, especially when they have been with you for YEARS.

If I could give zero or negative stars

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. 2 months of back and forth and nothing to show for it, still took my money.
Present for my appointment but the doctor wasn’t licensed in my state, marked me as no show and gave me a million excuses for not being able to refund me. After threats and back and forth emails, they give me a measly 39 bucks back from the original 200. Done first is a shady dirty company that doesn’t give a crap about you but take your money.

Scam of a company, bills you on time but does not deliver service or medication

Out of 8 months as a customer, I have run out of medication 4 of those months. I request the refill as soon as it is available in the system, and "Done." continues to drop the ball. As others have stated, there is no way to contact "Done." about these issues, and no alternate path for getting your medication. The link they are posting in these responses leads to a response of "All appointment types are private, none are available for scheduling." I have sent 3 message chains in the App for assistance over the last 3 weeks, and none of those have received any response.

I am not sure what happens now or what I need to do to get my monthly prescription filled.

Stole $79 from me

They stopped providing service, and no one showed up when I made an appointment. I paid $79 in June and it’s now August and they still won’t refund the money. They’ve closed my ticket and said they consider the issue resolved even though I never got a refill or any service at all for the last month I paid. Literal thieves.

Edit: done’s response is useless because I already scheduled a call on the urgent line and NO ONE SHOWED UP, as I stated in my original review. They’ve since closed my account so I can’t schedule another call. I’ll be opening a small claims case against them and asking for court costs + the $79.

Getting basic help was a nightmare at every step

I have to imagine the behind the scenes at Done. must be complete and total disorganized chaos.

3 months ago I requested a refill of my prescription. I have asked for help several times. My issue was never resolved. I received zero explanation instruction or help or even an attempt to clarify where the process was going awry. It seemed like something that could be easily addressed with just a tiny bit better communication and coordination between parties.

They gave me some response about how the delay I experienced was not their fault. Okay? I don't care whose fault it is. The last thing I want to hear after 3 MONTHS of this is a lame excuse. I just want the basic patient services I'm entitled to as a paying customer. That was asking for too much apparently. I reached out to customer support which states they have a 3 business day turnaround time. After a week with no response I had had enough and requested cancellation. The problems didn't end there. Nothing is ever easy or ever done right the first time with this company.
