I did the application with Uclid and Dean at Donkey Loans ,,,,,after I had filled out several applications with other loan companies ,,,,,,they had all said that I could not qualify.
Dean and Euclid reviewed my paperwork,, they were able to secure my funding and also qualified my company for a consolidation loan for my business .

Me and my husband were shopping around for a while and the process was a total nightmare. We talked to a few other brokers who promised us the world, but when it came time to actually sign a contract, the terms totally changed or they just disappeared.
Donkeyloans was the only one that was straight with us. We knew our revenue has been a bit up and down lately, but they actually worked to get us an offer that was closest to what we needed and what actually made sense for our business right now. No 'broker talk'—just a real answer and the funding we needed. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Donkey Loans was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I came in as what most lenders would consider an ideal borrower. I have excellent credit and strong income, and from the very beginning I made it very clear that I was only interested in a line of credit with reasonable terms. They assured me they could help with that and encouraged me to move forward with their process.
However, very early in the process they collected a large amount of my personal and financial information before presenting any real terms or clear offer. That should have been a red flag.
When the offer finally came through, the terms were nothing like what had been discussed. The interest rate was extremely high and the line of credit amount was not what I asked for. The terms looked more like something offered to someone with poor credit or unstable income, which made no sense given my financial profile.
Even after that, they kept trying to push me toward an SBA term loan, even though I clearly stated multiple times from the beginning that I was not interested in that type of financing.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and like a waste of time. I would strongly recommend verifying everything in writing and being very cautious before sharing personal information or doing business with this company.

At Donkeyloans.ai, we take our underwriting process seriously. To clarify the facts of this file: you requested a specific Line of Credit (LOC) from the beginning. After thoroughly underwriting your profile, we successfully secured a 3-year revolving credit facility with monthly payments.
When you expressed a need for a higher dollar amount and a longer repayment schedule, our team pivoted to secure a premium, 10-year SBA-backed Term Loan with prime interest rates—the highest tier of funding available in the alternative space. Based on our records, you declined both the LOC we provided and the long-term SBA option, requesting instead to close the file, which we respected immediately.
We respectfully disagree with this review. Unlike many in this industry, we do not charge any upfront fees. We invested our own resources, time, and underwriting expertise to produce two distinct, high-quality offers that met the criteria you described. We stand by the work we did to provide you with the best possible options the market allows.
