Donotage is doing a great job. The products I`m using fit my expectations and are perfect for me and my family. In almost 15 months of collaboration I can say that the effect of the supplements I`m taking is the one mentioned on the label. The package and the shipping work extremely well, while the assistance provided by the company is outstanding. Every time i needed an information they were promptly, giving an exhaustive answer.

RoburstAge.com emailed me asking for a Trustpilot review but the link in their email directed me to DoNotAge.com. Because the company names are similar, I accidentally left my complaint on the wrong profile.

For clarity: the issue was that I was charged (almost $100) on my credit card for subscription that I cancelled.

DoNotAge.com: I recommend checking this review link situation, because it could cause more customers to post complaints on your company page.

Great idea , poor quality.

The colors came out wrong and when I tried to contact customer service twice, I never received a response.

Worst customer service ever, if you want return something they will give you a hell of time.
I returned a product and I paid the return shipping from my pocket, then they charge me again 10$ for the return , I asked why they said this is the policy
And there product are not a wow any ways very expensive for no reason.

I want to clarify that my experience was not a smooth one—I had significant difficulty obtaining a refund, and it only came through after I was persistent and vocal about the issue. It left me with doubts about the customer service process and the transparency of the brand at the time.

Since that experience, I have chosen not to make additional purchases. While I sincerely hope that others have a better experience and that the company continues to grow and improve, I believe it’s important for supplement companies to uphold the highest standards of customer care and scientific integrity—especially in an industry as large and unregulated as this one.

I have never experienced better, Customer Service, better product, quality, and better noticeable health benefits as I have since I started taking supplements several years ago fromDoNotAge. My order had gone missing in the post and the customer service team replied to my query promptly and resent another package which I have now received.
