I have used your product for 3 yrs and everytime i order its always a hassel. - You always talk about health points but I have never been given any discount for being a good customer?

I have been taking Pure NR since January 2024. It is the only product that has helped with my brain fog. I went from not being able to do basic multiplication, to almost my old self. It has been a total game changer for me. Friends noticed after two weeks. My mind didn’t wander when talking to them, I could follow my train of thought and find the correct words. When I stopped taking them on two occasions to be certain the changes were down to NR, my symptoms returned within two weeks.

Amazingly they have an easy to use website, which I appreciate. Ordering becomes easy, and their offers are excellent. Pricing is very competitive. In my experience orders take 3 to 4 days to arrive. I use a range of products, but a shout out for Ca-AKG which has had a noticeable effect on my energy levels. I have been very impressed.

The service and transparency of the products are just a few things to brag about. I like the rewards program so much. Your company listened to me when I told them I didn't like the new containers my NMN came in. They gave me my original ones from the first time I ordered from you. You listened to what I had to say!! Thank you for being a part of my 70 yr.old life. I feel so much younger because of your products.

Service: Top notch. The guy I’ve interacted with - Charlie is customer service personified. Makes me feel like I’m buying a 5 star product, handled with kid gloves and treated like a star.

Product: I honestly don’t know if I can attribute all the positive things I’m feeling to it, I’m taking quite a few of their stuff and feel more energy and my skin is glowing. But I’ve also lost weight and investing in better skin care - so it may be attributed to that. I cannot say. I do know that when I compare their products to others, reviews are better and feedback is better.

I do wish they continually reached out and gave advise on how to combine their product, I also wish the packaging contained more guide and instructions.

But overall - seems like a top class company.

Charlie was very helpful, competent and efficient

I was upset and confused on the products that I ordered in quantity. I usually count on by how many canister per categories. They go by the number of grams per canister. They don't use the word canister only gram. I realized that they are doing it differently. It was about a week for going back and forth via email communication and finally I asked for the company rep to call me. It was solved and I am happy, because I understand how they operate it. This guy, Charlie provided me a great attentive and customer service!

Knowing that the staff has the experience/expertise to explain what every product does and is intended to do makes me feel confident and that’s why I feel good about taking NMN,TMG,APIGENIN,vitamin D&K2 among other supplements

I have just been taking a few of the supplements since May. I am a 59 year old female. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, degenerative disk and the list goes on. I have been a personal trainer for 30 years and still lift weights daily trying to keep going! A physician friend told me he has been taking NMN from this company and it was a game changer for him so I have added it to my large list of supplements. I am feeling better and will be researching others from this company to see if I should add them. They are very good about answering any questions I email them about. I appreciate this especially because I try to do a LOT of research about any supplement I take.

I have been a customer of DoNotAge for more than 6 years now and no one bests this company on quality of product or service . What about price ? There are some companies out there who offer lower prices I’ve seen several of them and in the first year tried a few . I won’t make that mistake again . There is a reason for their lower price it’s lower quality and in some cases like anything you buy on Amazon is no quality . Seriously DoNotAge will save you money in the long term. Friends of mine who I recommended DoNotAge too thought they could save money too and they even came back to me saying hey NMN does not work - only to discover they bought it from some supplier that must have made it in their bathtroom with and added some baking soda and flour. They learned the hard way . I also love their continuous solid advice about how to combine their products , when to take them and they make it very clear DoNotAge products are not the holy grail and encourage everyone to exercise, watch your diet and sleep. Oh they continue to introduce new products but only after they do their own research and there are no new products every week . Instead they are very selective about what they introduce. Shout out to the support team especially Samantha , Tom, Charlie and the rest who go out of their way to fix any issues weigh deliveries . One time it was my mistake and they solved that problem too without me having to pay . They are loyal to their loyal customers. Alan Graves has done an amazing job building this company ,.
