As with all the other reviews we also have been scammed. Purchased some handles in May. Received them and then requested a return, of which they responded to and told us how to do this. We did exactly as they said. I have proof of delivery with Royal Mail. Still no refund. It is now Sepetmber. Phone line now appears cut off and they will not respond to emails. A big scam, pay a little extra and get the service you should.

Placed an order for over £40 expecting delivery within 7 days. Nothing arrived within 3 weeks. Phones don’t work, emails get bounced back. Terrible. Hoping to get my money back via my credit card.

Must be a fake company. Somwhow they actually sent a few items on my order. Although half were incorrect, and half were missing. Have emailed and no response. Used the contact us page and no response. Tried to call and it says technical issue, for the last month which i guess means they dont phone calls from all the misplaced orders and stolen money.

They had the nerve to actually email and ask for a review on the items they “sent” me. I will try get a refund from paypal, awful awful company with no decency to reply to a customer. Please do not use these guys, take your money and disappear.

Ordered some hinges that never turned up. They don't answer emails, or phone calls. Shocking. Total scam.

Basically stole £7.50 from me.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
I placed an order on 20/12/2021 with the promise of a 3 day dispatch, about which I would be notified. After 3 days I enquired as to why I had not been notified, only to receive the message:
"Our offices are now closed for the Christmas holidays we will reopen on Tuesday 4th January, Orders can still be placed online and these will be actioned upon our return".
To make matters worse, they had immediately taken my money when I ordered.

Ordered 3 handles in May, no stock, no communication, no products. Its November now, Avoid.

Not sending my items and not replying to emails or phone calls. I spent £124 on this website for window stays on 27 September. After I emailed them regarding the dispatch date they told me my order was out of stock and some items would arrive end of Oct and some in beginning of Nov. I told them I would wait. It is 10th of Nov now. I have been emailing them in the last 2 weeks, no reply!!! Reading all the horrible reviews here now, it is a scam, do not shop from them!

Very bad customer service. Do not reply to emails. Do not answer phone.

I spoke to a guy 2 days ago and he was supposed to call me back after an hour to update my order. Still waiting.

Only received 1 email the day of purchase. No delivery update. No comunication whatsoever.

After submitting my review on here I have just got an update informing me my order has been cancelled and refunded.

I will avoid this company at all cost!

Ordered 4 fulton & bray handles from doors handles & more.Great product & good service.Received the order within 3 working days.Were a bit apprehensive after reading the negative reviews but was proved wrong.They wouldn't pick up the phone but replied to emails instantly.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product at a low price.

I placed an order with them because they were the cheapest. Entered my address details correctly. They passed on an incorrect address to Hermes (a neighbour's). I emailed them about it as soon as I got the Hermes email with the wrong address, and they did not even bother replying to me. It was impossible to change the address with Hermes or ask them to deliver to 'a neighbour' (=actually me). Luckily the neighbour who received the parcel was understanding. Their packaging was all plastic as well. Just for the hassle of the wrong address and the inexistent customer service I will not use them again.

I placed an online order on 6th November for some new silver plated door numbers. My confirmation quoted 3-7 days delivery. I then chased my order 2 weeks later, via e-mail. 3 days later and still no response. I have rung them today and there is a message on their phone number saying they are experiencing technical issues?
Needless to say, I feel I’ve been scammed.
They may well be legitimate, however it’s difficult to know because they don’t answer their emails or phone and I’ve not received the goods I paid for.
