Disappointed that I never recieved the orders before xmas. As they were presents. I ordered on the 16th November but the parcel never arrived, parcel was lost in transit, customer service have sent replacements, they should arrive by the 2nd january so hopefully all will be ok

I ordered a light as a Christmas present for a family member on the 13th of December. I was advised it will take around 7 days to be delivered and to my surprise the delivery never showed up. I had no update regrading my delivery, I then tried to contact dope neons directly for an update and I was advised that it would take 48 hours for someone to get back to me and yet again, No email, no update no nothing. It is now Christmas Eve and this was meant to be a special present for a family member and I am still sat here now not having a clue what’s happening.

The sign arrived this week and was better than expected. Love the colour and it's definitely the finishing touch to my Gin collection. The only thing that was a slight negative was the delivery time. But as I wasn't in a rush. Would definitely recommend to friends .

Great Led sign purchased from this company... very easy process, i uploaded my logo to them and they confirmed and processed my order very quickly. Excellent customer service and communication throughout.
The sign was delivered without any problems and far quicker than i expected. Im really happy with it and will probably purchase more. If you want your own logo etched into a top quality sign then look no further. Very bright leds that have various dimmable settings. I have recommended dope neons to all my friends and that is something i usually don't do likely. I cannot recommend dope neons enough to anybody wanting a sign made up.

I needed some flash for a first year DJ. I had a DJ battle that I was entering within two weeks. I hit up Dope Neons and made a sign online that said "Now Spinning DJ4Q"
It was shipped within two weeks.
The sign gave me swag that other Dj's were asking "Where did you get your sign."
My blue LED sign lights up my booth on gigs an is like a magnet for new customers. I dont do a gig without it. Itd also a great photo backdrop. Shipping is fast and the quality of the sign was perfect. Thanks for the swag!

I ordered a "Two Tone Framed" sign from the website. The frame shown in all the pictures on the website is dark.

However what was delivered is a very pale beech wood frame. Not what I was offered by the website, not what I ordered, not what I want.

I emailed Customer Service on 26th April. Rose was helpful and polite, but then there was a delay on their side.

Eventually DopeNeon said their formal position is that the pictures on the website clearly show pale frames. Check it out for yourselves. They do not show pale frames. So, I disagree entirely.

Unfortunately, despite asking about returning the item, no progress is being made to resolve the issue. It is now 13th May. DopeNeons insist that the frames on their website are pale (they aren't).

Delivery and information supplied about progress was fine.

So, overall below average. 1 out of 5 stars, 1 for the service, 0 for their refusal to accept their misleading pictures on their website, 0 for the product.

I was somewhat skeptical of buying from Youtube, since I had purchased other items and was disappointed by not receiving the items. I went ahead and purchased a sign for my DJ business. I was surprised by the wonderful fast service and quality of my sign. Not only that, they kept in constant contact with me, up until I received my well-packed sign. Absolutely over the moon with the gaming sign I ordered on the 30th November 2022. It was a Xmas present for my nephew and I was a bit concerned it wouldn't arrive on time due to the postal strikes in the UK. It arrived 2 weeks before Xmas and it looks great by my nephews gaming station. He loves it. I would definitely order again.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced especially since it was coming all the way to New Zealand. The sign looks great in our garage bar.
