Ordered my personal sign, large, got delivery in 3 weeks, packaged well, however not impressed as the power lead is on the top left corner of the sign and is short so no good for my Bar, also I ordered a large sign thinking that was what I was getting but it was small 300mm wide for nearly £70, when looking at it closely it was 2 pieces of glass that you can prize apart easily, so not well made, the worse bit like I said is the very short electrical lead which starts at the top left of the sign so looks un sightly for 1 and unless you happen to have electric very close you will not be putting the sign where you want it.

In Reply to Ashley's reply, I did not order a small sign, if the small sign cost is £70 then I feel it is poor value for money, as for you saying we can purchase longer leads, why should that be an option for the price we pay, the sign should have a long enough lead to start with.
You've not mentioned the lead starting at the top so you clearly do not think that is a design issue, and you did not mention why there is 2 pieces of perspects that you can easily prize apart.
I also did not like the fact you have no telephone number to contact which makes me believe you are not a UK based business. We all need a phone number for a contact most if not all businesses I deal with have an easy contact number to call for orders and enquiries which would help solve a lot of the issues here before a sale goes ahead.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The finished sign was everything they promised and more. It arrived quite quickly, I was expecting it to take longer. A few of my friends like it so much that I'm sure they will be buying one for themselves.

Bought this sign over the moon with it. It is bright and clear well made causes alot of interest with our fellow caravaners.

International company do orders take time as they seem to come from China. I was disappointed as it was not obvious on their lead times when I ordered, but their customer service team have been really good, responsive and supportive. Item ordered for my 8 year old nephew, who is a budding drummer and will be a legend, so the sign was a fantastic idea and was personalised for him. Unfortunately it did not work on arrival to him, but again the customer service team (Ashley and Rose) have been quick to respond and support. Rose asked for a quick video to show the fault (my brother thinks it may be the switch). Within 24 hours I had an email, and though without comment personally, it states a new order at zero charge. I have asked them if they want me to have the defective item sent to them and happy to do so. These things happen and their service alleviates any previous issue I had on lead times and receiving. I’ll wait and track my order, and fingers crossed. Though my nephew was disappointed, he really looks forward to his item. I would definitely order again, and am aware on lead times better now. Fantastic idea and company as service teams are so important to the experience.

Sign arrived, at last, really nice when set up and illuminated. Chose this company because of its U.K. trading address and hoped it would come by a certain date but tracking info started stating ‘customs’ ‘destination airport’ and was ‘in transit’ for ages. Turns out, surprise, it’s coming from China! So if you need the sign quicker than about a month, beware.

Ordered on the 19th of January and received on the 26th of February, I was expecting an elegant product as it seems to be advertised on the website but I've received a plastic sign that arrived from China 🤥
I opened before work to check the product was working... it was.
Gave the present to my friend and set it up for him but the wiring is clearly very poor and only lights up at certain angles 😓
Have requested a replacement but I've little faith that this product will last for more than a few weeks.

I was a little sceptical but ordered for my fun pub in my garden...WOW and OMG I was amazed when it arrived you get the chain to hang and enough power cable... I put it up straight away and it's unbelievably amazing all that have visited remark how great it is I would definitely recommend as it just finishes off what most have worked hard to accomplish... Great service great packaging and above all else a great sign... Thank you

Brilliant just brilliant Company cannot fault them at all.Purchased one sign it looked so good I purchased a second one two months later.Very well made.My Cocktail two colour sign perfect to use when I have Cocktail party's.They make so many sign's it's so hard to pick one.Just one more thing to add,keep up the good work.

My husband loved his sign, that I got him for xmas to go into his man cave. It looks very professional. I was always kept up to date with tracking, it was on time. Colours are great, and when lit up it looks spectacular, prices are fair, definitely will use again and recommend to everybody. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you

I ordered a personilsed sign for my campervan. With me and partners name on it. Waited almost 2 weeks and have just opened it to find an Absolut vodka sign. Carefully checked before packing you state. Think that was a lie don't you. Genuinely disappointed with you guys. And now a sign that is absolutely useless to me. Cheers
